Kaziranga Family Packages

We had a family trip to Assam and Meghalaya in April 2025, planned by Indeman Travel Solution. Sanjeev from Indeman helped us with a well-organized 7-day itinerary, including hotel stays and cab services. The resorts at Kaziranga (Dhanashri Resort) and Dawki (Peit Them Resort) were excellent, with beautiful gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and polite staff. Other hotels were okay but didn’t meet our expectations in terms of room size, cleanliness, and breakfast variety. The hotel in Shillong (Ramson Stay Inn) was new, but it had no lift, making it difficult for older people to access upper floors. The breakfast was very basic — just bread, butter, and a sandwich. It would be better if they added items like cornflakes and bread omelet. Overall, we were happy with the trip, the itinerary, and our cab driver, Mintoo Das, who was polite and helpful. Sanjeev was always reachable and helped with hotel room changes and safari bookings. However, the pre-travel and on-trip coordination could be improved, as no one checked in with us during the trip. While support was available when we called, a more proactive approach would have been better. In short, it was a memorable and well-planned trip that our whole family enjoyed.

Trip was great and we'll planned. Had great experience in the north east as it is the best place. Kaziranga was awesome , rhe jungle safari was best ride I ever had in life. Meghalaya, what a place to be . Surrounded by nature everywhere and waterfalls everywhere. Gr8 trip !!

Trip organised is good , could be better but definitely it was value for money , enjoyed alot . Bamboo trek was definitely something u cant find anywhere in india. Seeing Rhino so close in kaziranga made d day

The hotel room of Hongthor was excellent. However the hotel rooms of Golf retreat were not worth the price paid. There have been better rooms in golf retreat but we were given the lowest category rooms as per bookings done which was not expected hence leading to disappointment. Services were good though. Best hotel is hotel cherapunji , next at kaziranga, but hotel in Shilong and Gauhati are the worst . Best is the driver of the trip . Trip planning is very bad . Not at all known about the trip mapping . Westage of time and type of hotel booking not upto the mark . Dewki river and Malleswari cave

The Travel Agent took good care of the bookings for kaziranga safaris and boating in Dawki. Hotels were reasonably ok in Guwahati and Kaziranga. Shillong hotels were good and the Cherrapunji hotel for one night was basic while the second one was good. In Mawlynnong we did not get to stay in the hotel that was mentioned on the voucher and should have been communicated better. The driver arranged was also not very satisfactory. Please check about Kamakhya temple time needed and if you need to talk to someone to get VIP tickets before, similarly would have been good to let us know that Waterfalls would be out of water in meghalaya in December, they caused unnecessary waster of our time. Also he should know what Shillong peak is closed on Wednesdays which caused us to waste another precious 2 hours.

Mr. Iliash from North East Windows Travels provided exceptional trip management for our Assam and Meghalaya tour. He delivered everything he promised before we booked the package and carefully considered our preferences for hotels and food, ensuring all accommodations met our requirements. The hotels he arranged were conveniently located near major tourist attractions. One aspect I particularly appreciated was how efficiently he organized our Kamakhya Temple visit, allowing us to complete darshan with minimal waiting time. He and his drivers were extremely polite, punctual, and provided clear guidance at every destination. Additionally, I liked how he scheduled our visit to Kaziranga National Park on the last day, enabling us to fully enjoy the other locations earlier in the trip, as the park visit can be quite tiring. The team was highly professional and gave us ample time to explore each place at our own pace.

Travelled to Tawang and included Kaziranga in the itinerary. Hotels and the cabs booked by TravelKutir were really good, felt worth the cost. The arrangements and coordination was good that we did not have to worry about anything mentioned in the Inclusions list. The others which we had to pay additional was also well coordinated with last minute changes were accommodated. Thank you for making out trip a comfortable one.

The highlight of Assam was cruising on the mighty Brahmaputra River and exploring the rich biodiversity of Kaziranga National Park, where I spotted majestic rhinos and vibrant birdlife. In Meghalaya, the serene landscapes of Shillong, the mesmerizing beauty of Dawki's crystal-clear waters, and the charm of Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village, left me in awe.

Good services . Prompt reply. Driver was so good . Athough the hotel stay at kaziranga was not good , wouldn't recommend that hotel ,the other homestays were good. Sighting tiger at kaziranga, indo China border , waterfalls
