We had great time at Kaziranga and. Meghalaya. Travel agent was good but there were few flaws too, we weren't informed that elephant safari at kaziranga need to be pre booked as the seats fill fast. We had to make call here and there last minute and had to pay extra. We had asked for good spacious, little luxurious vehicle. Actually we had asked for Maharaja TT.. We were told that a very good TT has been arranged but it was very very basic one.. Which we didn't expect at all. Dear Mayukh, Thank you very much to you and your team for arranging our tour to Meghalaya - Cherpunjee , Shillong and Guwahati. We had a very comfortable touring experience, food, Stay and transit. The Places were truly exotic and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the same. Must visit places. We were unable to cover Kaziranga though. Looking forward to cover it next trip. Special Mention to our driver at Cherapunjee - Mr.Suresh, who was very accommodative and pleasing and who also was able to guide us well throughout the trip. We wish to emphasize only on certain things in the entire trip. 1. Our Stay at Hotel Pegasus Crown in Shillong - the rooms were good and in a place connected to main areas in Shillong. However we found the area around the Hotel not appropriate for "Family Stay". The Hotel seems to be not well maintained with issues in Door Locks and lack of back up power supply during our stay on a day for the whole night until we started for the next day's trip. We found it very inconvenient as we were not able to have access to the lift and our rooms were located on the 4th floor. The telephones in the rooms were also not working and we couldn't enquire with the room service/ reception as to when we might get power back. Requesting you to kindly avoid suggesting the hotel for future travellers. We were not able to understand these issues when we booked our trip as the ratings as per google were fine to us. 2. Our driver for Shillong & Guwahati Mr.Gopal - He took us to Shillong local trip on the 1st day and we enjoyed the day well. On the second day since the places covered were a bit far off, he suggested we start early i.e around 7 a.m. However he didn't pick us up until 7.30 a.m. hence there were definite delays in the trip and we had late breakfast and lunch. It was difficult for us since we were travelling with kids and the places he stopped for breakfast and lunch were already crowded with tourists. Hence we had to miss certain attractions in Shillong due to lack of time. There were also some instances of rash driving during transit from Shillong to Guwahati. Later, he heeded to our request to drive slow. 3. In Guwahati - we had planned to do local sightseeing and shopping in Guwahati. However he did not inform us of the time taken for the same and we lost time to and fro the Hotel and couldn't plan our shopping properly. But for the above, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and look forward to associate with you for our future tours and recommend Breakbag Holidays/ Travel triangle to our friends.

Visited Assam and Meghalaya for the first time and would love to explore the other beauty of other states too. It was a wonderful experience. Had a very comfortable eighth days trip which was excellently planned by Ms Nikita Chauhan. She is an excellent tour planner, full marks to us for planning our trip so well. It was very creditable of her to maintain continuous touch with us during our trip and to provide tour related information from time to time. I will recommend all those planning a trip to North Eastern Part of the country to contact her and get their plans made out to meet their recommend. She is an excellent tour planners. All the hotels selected by her for our stay at Guwahati, Kaziranga, Cherranpunjee were of top class and were carefully selected to make our stay so comfortable. (She can be contacted on 99908-67126). The car driver Mr Sakil Ahmad too deserves a special mention here for looking after her so well and made our visit to the wildlife Sanctuary at Kaziranga full of thrill and adventure by his local contact of Driver cum Guide Mr Kutub who knew in and out of the forest so well. I was travelling with my family. Shekhar of indeman Travels had arranged the trip. The Resort in Kaziranga was exceptionally good. Other hotels were good. The driver was adept in knowledge about all the places. We managed a decent trip despite heavy rains in Meghalaya due to the driver's smartness.

Recently my friend and I (2 women) travelled to Kaziranga, Shillong and Cherrapunji with the help of Travel arrangements made by Nikita Chauhan from Reify. Nikita was very diligent from the time the quotes were shared. She always responded to our queries and concerns. Nikita shared the details of hotels and got our confirmation before booking. Earlier we were planning to travel as a group of 4 and later on it came down to 2. We conveyed this to Nikita and she was very supportive in changing the accommodation plan as per our requirements. Since we were just 2 women travelling we wanted to prioritise safety and Nikita helped us in booking with a really good drive Mr. Rajib Boro who helped us navigate easily. We felt safe even when the rains were bad, our Driver reached out to other drivers on the road and took us on a safe route. Our travel was really one to remember for. Thanks to Nikita for this well planning and also to checking on us if we are comfortable during the journey.

We recently planned a trip to North East including Kaziranga and Meghalaya. It was a 7 day trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything managed by Itvaar ranging from planning to execution was flawless. Thanks for that. I will like to mention Ms. Nikita Chauhan - our point of contact who was really helpful with minute details and assisted us well. Mr. Rajib Boro who was our driver helped us in having a smooth ride and he was always on time.

Trip was overall fine but travel agent could have planned certain things in a better way and it was not the best time to visit some places but we were not informed about it before hand Kaziranga safari was good

We had a fantastic trip to Meghalaya and Kaziranga. Everything was planned very nicely. I would like to specially thank Nikita from Reify who ensured that all requests were taken care off. She was in touch with us and suggested different options when we needed advice. All the chosen hotels were also good even though it was peak season and I had doubts since I did not get the hotels which I had chosen earlier. The only issue was with the driver as his only agenda was how to save his diesel rather than taking us around and showing the places. We missed boating in Dawki because of him. Apart from that, full points to Reify for all the services and excellent support provided. The highlight of the trip was Krangsuri falls, double decker bridge and Kaziranga!!
