Booked Munnar and Allepey tour through Sharing travels. Cab and driver provided were very good . The driver Vishnu was cooperative and with good communication skills. But hotel was provided away from Munnar with no view at all. No hot water was available. ( Veetee Midtown) Houseboat was supposed to be premium but was not as expected . Seemed like a deluxe houseboat. Not well maintained with features as expected from a premium boat Only plus point was that staff on board and driver were friendly and cooperative. Travel agents should provide an experience as promised and not give false assurances. ( in all matters of booking, providing invoices etc)Inspite of multiple reminders there is no response from their side once payment is done.
