Welcome to the magnificent resort town of Manali

This morning, you will be arriving in Manali and will be greeted and picked up by our driver and dropped to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and freshen up. Get picked up from the hotel in the afternoon for a half-day tour to Manali. Pay a visit to Hadimba Devi Temple and Van Vihar Forest. From here we will head to Vashisht Village and Vashisht Temple. Here you can take a cleansing dip in the Vashisht Hot Springs. From here we go the Manali Market and The Mall. We traveled on March 27 to 31 and the trip was awesome. The hotel we stayed was snow heaven resort and the hotel view was awesome and hotel foods are good. The only problem in hotel was not near to main town. We have to go by cab Only. The cab driver and cab is ok for us. To watch and play in snow you have to cross the atal tunnel only. For that you have to paid extra amount for cab. The Atal tunnel trip was awesome time. Total trip was awesome and climate is chill 5degrees only.

They did not consider aspects like sun, temperature etc while planning the trip and quote accordingly. Had to travel in very hot sun with 3yrs kid without AC though I paid for AC. When asked they said they did not include AC in ghats in the quote. Mr Sony has confirmed it in his call that they did not include for AC in ghats which is 6+hrs drive in scotching heat. Horrible response and service. They quoted low just to win the deal but not to provide service expecting return customers.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

My agent who had planned the trip had left the company and also did nt properly guide me . I was new to the place. My hotels were in aloof area especially aplin hillden. I was travelling with my 2 kids aged 4 faced a great difficulty. The one in Manali was gud hotel.
