The hotel at mysore spektrum suites not good. Bathroom not clean and no maintenance. All taps were leaking. Staff at reception very rude. Communication gap between cab driver and travel agent regarding places to be covered which happened late in the night and we having anxious moments. Cab had technical problems. We didn't take breakfast at spektrum suites Mysore, which was included in the package. Despite that the hotel charged for one tea taken by me. Service needs a lo of improvement. Overall ok trip. Felt it was overpriced and we didn't get value for money. Hope you improve with the feedback. Ooty to Conoor train journey. Lady helping us out late in the night sorting out the issue for Conoor trip.

we went for an trip to ooty... nice driver - Mr. Surya who guided us well and took us to all the places in ooty and we enjoyed our trip by taking photos and shooping and admired the nature beauty... We stayed for 3 days in Deccan park resort the place was sooo goood and the location was just awesome.... meal should be improved in deccan park resort..... coming to the travel agency ... Mr. Vikram was polite and good... he also helped us but he was always used to say " pay the amount or else we will cancel your booking " Lol ... slow reply... i must follow vikram for each and every thing... even for this feed back i followed him 100 times... but finally he is a good and polite gentle man... done everthing right for us at the end of the day... had a memorable trip ..... thanks to sky tour & travel .....

Our ooty trip included ooty coonoor mysore and coorg.But they cancled coorg saying there are some issues due to CAA. So we had to extend 2days in mysore. Overall experience in mysore was good. Hotels and cab also good. After that we visited ooty and coonoor. On time they changed our hotels from ooty to coonoor. So we had to face issues as there was sudden change in plan and driver was also not aware about hotels. Hotel experience in coonoor was extremally bad. We were 5girls and they booked our rooms in bar. We felt really uncomfertable as it was really scary experience. We even complaint about it and asked agent to change our next day stay as it was in same hotel. But he was unable to help us. We didnt get brekfast also which was included in the invoice. Due to hotel stay in coonoor we had to cancle some of the places in ooty also.
