Travel agent provided us reliable, decent and patient kannada speaking driver as requested. The places were well covered. But, I had opened my conversation to suggest places. She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also, no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. We have to forgo stay at kodai. Overall, trip was good. Enjoyable and made treasurable moments

Cab driver not have any idea about location and cabs are not in good condition. One can AC didn't work. Drivers are hurry to just complete trip. Enjoyed just because of hotel. Hotel was superb

My experience with Travel Triangle was truly amazing. Everything, from pickup to drop-off, went smoothly. Our driver, Bhalu Sir, was incredibly kind and experienced, serving as both a driver and guide. He ensured we visited all the famous spots in Ooty. A big thanks to Travel Triangle for the excellent arrangements, and special thanks to Rahul, our agent, who supported us throughout the trip. A small suggestion for Travel Triangle: please coordinate with the car owner, as he was pressuring us to pay the remaining amount directly to him without consulting the Travel Triangle agent. Other than that, everything went smoothly and was amazing.

Interacting with a professional and well organized team, who were perceptive and accommodative of our needs. They provided a reasonable quote for the trip, including the changes for the resort we requested. The driver, Mr. Kousar who picked us from home, was well behaved and knowledgeable of the places along the way and a valuable guide in Ooty as well. The travel corp team - Mr Rajath, Ms Jigyasa, Ms Shika, Team Sterling Elk Hill Resort, Ooty were quick to sort out the technical glitches and provide us a suite with a breathtaking view of the valley. We're indebted to the entire team for making our trip comfortable, memorable with their hard work and diligence.

We had a very pocket-friendly trip at Coorg and Ooty, thanks to Travel Triangle for arranging such a wonderful trip. The timings were perfect coinciding with the nature's intricate way of displaying it's beauty throughout our trip. We started our trip from B'lore to Coorg and reached our destination at night due to traffic along the way but the Jungle Hill Resort was mesmerizing and quite well kept with a 4-bedded deluxe room. We visited the spectacular Golden Temple or one of the largest Tibetan Monastery which is also known as Namdroling Monastery. It encompasses the large school for the young monks and bave beautiful small cafes and eateries and souvenir shops for the tourist to check out. We found it had a beautiful view of the jungle and mountain view in the morning. The food was on the expensive side but we had breakfast buffet included in our package. Abbey Falls and the views of the meadows of Mandal petti were breathtaking. At Puspagiri National Park, it didn't feel like we were in India that showcased the best views of Nilgiri Hills adorned with the Nilkurungi plants. Rest of the places to visit were good but their slight overpriced such as Coffee Plantation tour, Dubbare Elephant Camp. Our hotels rooms at Ooty were disappointing. Rooms received from Kemp's Cave at their neighbouring building called The Baron's who gave us rooms with dirty linens, broken window lock, malfunctioning bathroom door and intercom. It was difficult to communicate with hotel staff although the reception staff were fast in sending help. Only the linens were changed and bathroom door was fixed. Rest were not fixed during our two days stay. The sightseeing was very good especially what made our day was the toy train ride from Ooty to Coonoor. The whole place was standstill due to traffic during public holiday so we had to resort to walking down the hill to reach the Ugadamandalam Railyway Station in Ooty. Pykara Falls and Lake, Wenlock Downs are picturesque places to remember in this trip. We opted out to visit Tea Factory and Doddabetta Peak due to heavy traffic. Mr. Rahul Kumar from All India Holiday has helped us before and throughout our trip to customise it and with payments at every juncture to make it a hassle-free ordeal. He have been very hospitable, content and patient in managing our trip . Travel Triangle and team has yet again made it possible for us to collect the best memories from hills of Ooty and Coorg. The best part of this trip was the journey through Bandipur Tiger Reserve and Madumalai Tiger Reserve when heading towards Ooty from Coorg via Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty Highway. We were surprised to spots innumerous deers, peacock, peahens, monkeys, wild Elephants and Giant Indian Squirrels. The reserves are well maintained with strict rules that are followed while traveling through them. We were lucky to get the glimpse of this reserve twice and both the times we have got to spot the animals.

Everything was good, the hotel in Coorg was the best hotel and driver was friendly and helped us in everything, except the wellbeck residency Ooty hotel, their customer service was not all good. The manager their didn't provide us proper breakfast. She was hiding some of the food and would keep an eye on everything we eat.

Someone tried to break in our room at Fairstay Hotel Ooty. Considering it was all girls trip, safer stay options should have been considered. Fairstay Hotel staff was disastrous, they took the entire incident extremely lightly. However travel agency and driver were very supportive. Hope to get safer stay options next time.

Best decision i made to vook it through Postcard Trips. Amish Jain helped us with the entire itinerary and it was hassle free. We could enjoy our entire trip without havig to worry about anything. We took tour to ooty and coonoor in month of February. Iternary was set good. Toy train ticket to Coonoor was mentioned in Iternary from travel traingle side, but it was not booked prior, I had to remind the agent for same. Train ticket we gave receive did not give enough time for sightseeing in Coonoor. Hence i booked toy train ticket by my own. Other than this everything was good. Hotel given was nice. I would have enjoyyed hotel stay if view room was provided. Try to give option to travel if they want room with view or not with cost difference. Tour to coonoor

I recently opted for the package offered by Foxpro Travels through Travel Triangle for a road trip to Mysore-Ooty-Coonoor from Bangalore. The entire experience has been an enriching one for me and my family. We were a group of 4 women and our driver ensured we were comfortable throughout the trip. The entire process, right from booking to paying off installments for the trip, was hassle free and effectively organized online. The agent assigned to the trip also ensured to stay in touch and follow up until all the formalities were finalized before the start of our journey. I became aware of this agency from google.I had to pay all my installment except one before my trip started.That is very ridiculous.When I first got into the cab,the driver was asking for money.That is completely disgusting.When I was Traveling from Bangalore airport to mysore,on my way I got a call from travel agaent that our first hotel got changed due to some issues,which is really disgusting.Atlst after paying 95% money before the trip it was not expected.When I checked in the hotel,in reception they were unaware of our booking. Samething happened in our ooty hotel also(Maurya Sudersan).They even didn't know that our rooms were booked with breakfast package. They asked us to pay breakfast bill.When I told all thing to Mr.Gagan he that time somehow managed it but later pinged me in whatsapp very rudely that hotels people could be wrong but he couldn't.,which was very unprofessional.Then driver was not good.He asked us to pay some amount during the trip and somehow managed to complete the trip .We had to ask him about where are we going but he was least interested about these.Do changes these first..
