      Tempo Traveller was very old vehicle. No charging point near seats and no hand rest too. Seats were also not good. It was very disappointing seei g the vehicle. Di check the vehicle before you send the quotation. The quote should be less when you choose an old vehicle and normal hotels. Also give the detail discription of charges for hotels and vehicle. I personally feel the charges for not meet your services.

      Overall booking experience via travel triangle was good. Shibashis Das from Inde D Voyage helped us right itinerary for 3N/4D. Hotel "Golden Tree" at Puri was excellent with right ambiance and food varieties (breakfast was good) we enjoyed 2 nights stay at beach side. All staff members were well behaved and very supportive. Hotel "Vits bhubaneswar" was below average, I think renovation work was going on. 3rd floor lobby & rooms were stinking I never seen start hotel having Geyser in the bathroom hot water is available for limited. Dinner they served were horrible (full of green chilis in all the dishes) we escalated to chef and gave feedback. Anyhow they complimented with fruits bowl for free as we returned the dinner back. Worst part in spite of all these things they charged us bill for dinner, so ZERO star. Breakfast was good. Innova car was clear and good, but worst experience was driver (Sanatan Mohanty). Entire trip he was so lousy and dis-interested in this trip. He never came on time always made us to wait, he prefers us to come where his car parked rather than coming and picking us from venue (I travelled with my parents). He always kept on yawing, almost sleepy and disinterested to drive, this happened for all 4days. He took us lousy & average restaurants for breakfast & lunch. If asked for better places he says car doesn't go nearer to hotel the good hotel as roads are small . He was not flexible in the itinerary, no suggestions came from his side to utilize best travel time. His driving was horrible on highways he drives as 60kms/hr speed and in small roads tries to drive at 80kms/hr speed. He doesn't understand English or Hindi properly or may be he was pretending. We lost lots of time in traveling in his car. This is first trip I had very bad experience with driver. Negative Star... Next time if I choose TravelTrainagle I need to find out option how evaluate the drivers assigned before I accept the trips. We pay additional fees to get best services from TravelTrainagle, so request TT to see option how to evaluate the driver.

      The trip was handled well by Inde D Voyage. Experience was good right from quotation to execution. Shibasis was very helpful and prompt in answering queries and making changes to the trip as per our request. Prasant, the driver, was also very polite and experienced. Vehicle was in good condition.       The trip was well organised by the travel agent before the start of the trip and she politely customised the trip as per requirements and comfort level. 1. The hotels were quite good, especially stay at Toshali sands in puri was the highlight of this trip. 2. The taxi provided was comfortable but the driver was not well informed. 3. The travel agent was available throughout the trip and willingly responded to all the queries. Some of the major drawbacks are listed below : 1. The hotels were changed after the trip started which was unwanted and to the great discomfort of the travellers, they were repeatedly shifted to new place every morning. 2. There was no tour guide throughout the trip and my parents had to plan the trip on their own since the driver was not well informed. 3. The hotel room provided in Holiday Hotel in puri was standard even though a deluxe room was booked as per the itinerary. 4. Poor management and miscommunication by the travel agent with the hotel management regarding hotel rooms and complementary lunch/dinner led to lot of confusion and repeated intervention on my side. This should have been arranged in advance by the tour guide. The travel agent accepted their mistake and hope they provide better services hereafter.

      Nice It was a good trip except chilka lake dolphin ....worst part was that neither the driver nor the locals guided us that 2.5 hrs would be going 2.5 n coming 2.5 total 5 ....beware of them they just want thier money and throw u for hrs together .......if u have whole day free then ok

      Entire tour was good, hotel were ok, have some littile issue on last day, as committed in itenary we will get three free breakfast from hotel, but they have denied. Also has issued, some spots not covered by cab driver due to his misleading.

      Travel quotes updates are not updated properly. In quotes if we request to change also its not taking as a priority to change. There is a lot of miscommunication between travel triangle and agents. We can't proceed with which one is correct. If arrange the hotel it will be convenient for travellers. In puri hotel person are keep on calling ( 15 mins once) to vacate the room . Going forward we have to book more package. If it's again will happen it will be a bad experience for travellers.

      Entire trip was good except the additional charges they asked for child. Travel agent and hotel argued that child is not included in my request. Though it was clearly mentioned in the invoice, 3 adults, 1 child, they blamed Travel Triangle for not sending them the child's information. Finally I had to pay for child additionally for 1 breakfast.

      The Hotel Vijoya International was good but the additional bed already booked was non standard and we actually did not used as it was falling. Food at Hotel was wonderful The disappointing part was on Cab inclusive package. If I had just booked hotel on MMT it would have cost me 4500 Max for one night and 1 day konark at 2000 and other day Chilka at 2500 Max. So maximum cost would be 9000-12000 Max. With nothing special I feel the tour cost was overcharged
