Thank you - Travel Triangle and Aapka Tripwala, thank you Mr. Chirag and driver Mr. Nandu Singh. Our trip was successful because of both of you. Where Mr. Chirag was always available on phone, Mr. Nandu Singh drove the car with maturity and ensured a safe journey. Talking about facilities, there was a lot of availability in Bikaner, Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. The quality of breakfast in all the hotels was tasty and nutritious. The facilities at the Heritage Zuma Resort Camp in Sand Dune were also good, just in my mind the idea of ​​a Royal Dinner, but in reality we had to wait in line to have dinner, which would never happen in royal families. The quilt and pillow in Hotel Mamta Palace in Mount Abu were very dirty, after complaining to Mr. Chirag, the quilt was changed but the pillow remained the same. The cotton of the quilt was also getting collected at one place. But the food quality made these shortcomings forgotten. Thanks again to Mr. Chirag and Mr. Nandu Singh for the memorable trip.

The trip was absolutely fantastic. Hotels were awesome with spacious and hygienic rooms, staff was polite and food was delicious. The cab was neat & clean and driver was pretty good. The Travel Agent Mr. Aman Choudhary leave no stone unturned to ensure a perfect honeymoon trip; kudos to Travel Triangle team for such a memorable and awful experience. I will make sure to recommend this with family and friends...

It was a great experience booking a trip with Kingsland Holidays. The Agent was very friendly in nature and provided us with very nice hotels and cab driver. Also he provided a bonus one night dinner on his own. Jaisalmer was a very nice place. We got to see Indo Pak Border and 1971 war memorials at Tanot and Longewala.

I am writing to share my feedback on my recent 7-day, 6-night trip to Rajasthan. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and am very satisfied with the arrangements you made by our guide PREETHI * Accommodation: The hotels you selected were comfortable and well-located. The staff at every hotel was very helpful and accommodating. * Activities: The itinerary was well-planned and offered a good balance of sightseeing, cultural experiences, and relaxation. I especially enjoyed every activity mentioned in my itinerary. * Guides: Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly. They provided valuable insights into the history and culture of Rajasthan. * Transportation: The transportation arrangements were efficient and comfortable. The drivers were courteous and safe. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend your services to others. Thank you for organizing such a memorable trip. Finally this trip was so perfectly planned by our trip guide PREETHI. I am so thankful to her for creating such a wonderful itinerary and adding amazing memories in this trip. We booked a budget trip to Jodhpur, Jaisalmer Udaipur and Jaipur with Sarang Holidays. Even though the places were distant from each other, Anuj took up the job and planned accordingly. For any query their response is immediate and they try to understand from customer point of view. Also they came personally and met us enquiring about our comfort and stay. Kudos to Anuj and team for delivering us a memorable trip.

There was a lack of coordination from Travel Triangle Team , with no one willing to take the responsibility from their side . as suggested in mail i tried to contact the person Jegender who in turn asked me to contact 3 other people from travel triangle (Uday Baldev and Karan) not a single one of them responded back to my mail. Thankfully bcz of Jyoti Rawat (Trip Sailer) I was feeling little bit comfortable. But as the trip progressed the driver (Suresh) started showing his true colour, He was very rude from starting, not at all cooperative , when asked to cooperate he bluntly said "Karlo Complain Jisse karni ho" and mind my words i was travelling with my family so didn't take a risk of complaining while i was on the go. While Moving from Jaipur to bikaner there was little fog in the path all the vehicles were moving slowly and our driver stopped in the middle of the highway saying "I will not go further" after much request he moved. It was a nightmarish experience standing in the middle of the highway with an hostile driver with my entire family at around 1:00 AM . In the entire trip i had to literally beg the driver to take me to the desired location as he was getting irritated even for taking me to mentioned locations. He also took an 1000rupees extra from me, since he was overspeeding and he said i have to pay that. The hotels apart from Fort Chandragupt was good including the food as well. the trip was nicely planned but because of lack of coordination between travel triangle and short tempered driver the entire trip got wasted. I use to vouch for travel triangle previously but now i will never recommend them since i dont want my known ones to be left on the mercy of the driver for 7 days. Very Bad Experience. The driver and his manager Mr Mukesh was also not cooperative.

It was good experience Hotel were good except one in Jodhapur(Kunchman haveli). Driver behavior was good. Coordination between Backtoholiday and driver were not up to mark which related in confusion and .I felt like plan was not clearly communicated i.e itinerary was not shared to driver before and driver was just sent to roam us around without the plan

Trip was nice. Hotels were good, but far away from cities or main attractions. Cab driver was very good. Rajasthan is superb for family trip tooo. Enjoyed a lot in sam dumes Jaisalmer

The trip was well organised by Ms preeti, and with her active cooperation we could manage to cover alle the location without any difficulty. Her communication was clear and very helpful during some minor changes in our plan. Sand dunes experience was best of the all best memories form our trip.

We were not able to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary due to the vehicle breakdown and late arrival of driver. The hotel in Jaipur was located in a Muslim area and they had blocked the road for the whole 2 days for some function. So, for everything we had to go to main road by walking as no vehicle was allowed near the hotel. Jaisalmer desert safari was the best.

We made a booking during October for 9 days around Rajasthan via Back to Holiday and our overall experience was good. Our tour organizer Preeti Sharma was really helpful from helping us to identify the best route to select the hotels etc. The best thing about the travel was our Driver Mr. Jagdish who a well experienced driver and always made us comfortable with his driving skill and suggest which place to visit at what time. He was always pro-active to suggest places and mase our journey memorable. Few things which can be improve was Hotel in Bikaner and Jaisalmer Sam Cams which not up to the mark, specially Food quality. Other hotels in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur was nice.

The selected hotels were very good and the cab driver is very good person and covered all the places as per itinerary The Travel Agent also given very good support and cooperation in organising the Rajasthan tour. Excellent and memories of Rajasthan trip

1) Big mention here for Rohit for helping with a good quote and well planned trip. 2) Asran also helped during the trip, daily update regarding trip and follow up and assistance during the trip were taken. 3) All the hotels and its category requested were allotted to me and few upgrades to it were also given. 4) Driver (Kalyan Singh ji) was polite and suggestive, helpful as well. 5) Car was very well maintained.
