We had a family trip to Rajasthan 5N6D. The trip was well executed by Tripsailor team and well organized by Mr Nikhil and he has proven to be very courteous and helpful and flexible. Hotels at Jaipur and Udaipur were very good and the jodhpur hotel was average and Jaisalmer tent was pathetic. There were a few hiccups here and there which Mr Nikhil resolved efficiently. Cab driver Mr.Puniram was polite. Though desert safari was mentioned in our itinerary despite Jaisalmer hotel the countryside resort charged us additionally which was not worth it. Rest the overall the trip was good

I had booked recently a trip to Rajasthan (Jodhpur,Jaislmer etc) with them. There were good and the bad part. Good part was from the agent's end they try to be active and communicative, also help in every possible customization for the trip. The bad part being the driver itself who remain with you throughout the trip. In my case driver was either uninformed about the whole plan or pretended to be, he was opinionated and keep giving his input on things where he was not invited. Also, the agent didn't pay in full for one of my hotel stay and the hotel staff keeps reminding me for that and otherwise they ask me to pay for that. Although after communicating that to my travel agent, the issue got resolved. But these things needs to be taken care in advance for the smooth experience.

Jodhpur hotel was very good We feel like living in a real Haveli. Jaisalmer hotel was also good food was awesome there. But the welcome dessert camp provided to me was very ordinary. The food was not good the arrangements also very ordinary. The camp was situated in interior of the area so crowd was less and not so good people also. The cultural program was just for formality for 1 hrs only. The Taxi driver provided for entire journey was such a negative person. As soon as we entered Rajasthan He started saying there is nothing to see here only hot sand it is too hot... old forts(khandahar hai sab). ..All hotels camps are empty no need for pre booking no one comes here... bla.. bla.. bla... It was very annoying that when a person has booked a holiday it took good amount of money and time but the driver has ruined all the fun and we lost interest and excitement towards the journey.

Trip to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer arranged by Tripsailer.com was good. I stayed for 4 days. Can service was the best. He showed us all the places and guided well. Hotel at Jaisalmer was worst of the trip. No service at all. No hot water available in 12 degree cold weather. Else it is okay Rojana Resort Camp at Sam Sand dunes was the best part. Awesome food with best of the traditional Cultural program in night. Jeep Safari was the best part of my tour

Hotel Hampston jaipur was not good. Breakfast wasn't good, small restaurant and overcrowded. Hotel Royal Haveli was just ok not great. Star dessert camp dinner and snacks were also not good. Our Cab didn't have Fastag hence had to wait in long queues resulting in time waste. Other than this everything else was good and properly managed and had a very good time.

1st night stay at Hotel Meera Mahal, Jaisalmer was sub-standard. Travel agent shifted to Hotel Priya for 2nd night after my complaint which was better. Rohani camp was a good experience. Hotel Kuchaman Haveli has the look of a Heritage Hotel. Only problem is the location which is inside the crowded city area and difficult for cars. The car And driver Ratan were excellent. Experience at Rohani Camp near the dunes was best.
