Like Madurai, Kanyakumari also boasts numerous temples such as Kumari Amman Temple, Adikesava Perumal Temple, Kanyakumari Tirupati Temple, Nagaraja Temple, Mandaikadu Bhagavathi Temple, Thirunanthikarai Cave Temple, Thiruchendur Temple, and Guganathaswamy Temple. People here thrive on multiple low-cost initiatives catering to tourists like Elaneer drink and Nongu during summer, artistic works of Goddess Meenakshi and Alagar festival kept for sale.

What is the best time to visit the three Temple towns?

Though the places of worship are busily thronged by pilgrims throughout the year, one could see more families lining during the summer vacation between April and June.

Srilaxmi's 3 days trip to Tamil Nadu

There was a coordination gap between travel agent and the hotel due to which there was a little delay in serving our dinner on the first day of our trip. We where informed that both breakfast and dinner would be complementary for our entire trip by the travel agent. But hotel staff informed us that only breakfast was complementary. When we raised this point with travel agent they rectified it only on second day. Please ensure to address this kind of gaps in future. Also even in the breakfast we where informed by the hotel staff that it is not unlimited . They informed us that our breakfast bill should not exceed Rs. 300.If exceeds we need to pay that Extra money. This was also not informed to us before by travel agent. We came to know about this from hotel staff. Please ensure to give all the information to the customer before the travel starts or while explaining the package. I would like to thank the travel agent to add extra place in the package upon our request.
