Trip to HimachalHotel Services was poor. I booked hotel with Heating. But when i checked in i was forced to but heater at extra cost. The same was included in our quote. Other than this hotel was good with beautiful view. Food was good. We had booked two innova cars. One driver was very rude and he started arguing with everything us. I payed extra for night depature from Manali. However cab driver stopped the car midway at punjab and he started sleeping there. We slept for about 4 hours in car irself. Then he dropped at hotel the final and he went off. He even took the other driver who was good along with him. My final drop was at airport as per the quote. I need to thank the travel agent here who arranged the alternate cab in short span of time and he dropped us at airport. Travel agent Mr Pawan was very good. He was so kind and generous that he always supported wherever we were stuck. And finally he arranged an alternate cab for dropping us at airport.
