How To Reach Boating At Nakki Lake Starting Spots

Spending a couple of hours boating at Nakki Lake seems like a good idea when you are in Mount Abu and are looking to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. It is very easy to reach Nakki Lake, since it is located a mere 1 km away from the heart of the city.

You can either drive your own vehicle to the lake, or hire a taxi to bring you here. There are currently no bus routes to take people to Mount Abu, but shared transfers and auto rickshaws are easily available from the city center. The road to take is MDR60, which is well maintained and well connected to various parts of the city.

There are several eateries here, as well as a park to sit and relax at. Spend some time here to enjoy the beautiful views that surround you from all sides, while you are boating.

The hotels in general were not at a three star level except for Shani Vilas in Ranthambore. The hotel in Agra did not even have hot water. The initial room provided in Delhi's metro view was very bad and we had to request for a change. The toilet flush was not working, the bathroom door did not have

a latch, the door was broken etc. Please ensure that the right level of hotels are provided.

The best thing happened is the drivers in the jodpur, who resolved the messed up plan by the travel agent. Hotel Sia Resorts changed and we have been changed to different resort,which was older property. The daywise plan made by the travel agent was absurd and created lot of confusion.

Sidhu (Being Musafir) was a great person for planning the trip in Rajasthan to Agra and Delhi (final drop off at the airport). We did a trip in Rajasthan, Agra and Delhi which was organised by Sidhu. Only once we had issues with the hotel, and after informing Sidhu, he re-booked us to a five star hotel instantly. It was a dream come true! Everyday, Sidhu used to call and inquire, of any issues we are having. And the driver+car provided by Sidhu for the trip, was just what we wanted for the trip! The Driver (Rakesh) never said "no" to any of our requests. He gave us all the right suggestions, being a local in Rajasthan, which also helped us very much. We could not have asked for more from Sidhu and Rakesh.
