Best Time To Visit St Petersburg

St Petersburg weather in July-August are the hottest in the Russian standards, but you won’t feel a thing if you are a resident of a tropical country. These two are also the wettest months, getting around 80-85mm of rainfall on an average.

The best season to visit St Petersburg would be from May to September. This is when the temperatures here are bearable and it becomes easy to explore different places and things to do.

The White Nights Festivals in Winter

You may or may not have your White Knight in Shining Armour, but St Petersburg will not disappoint you with its White Night Festivals. The last ten days of June fill the city with global opera singers, ballet dancers, and musicians. There are fireworks over the Neva River, and carnivals keep the folks and tourists busy in the festivities.
