o my needs, giving great suggestions wherever needed, booking my flight as well as making all the other plans, it was a totally smooth transaction throughout. The visa took a really long time, and was making me nervous, but she kept her calm and assured me constantly that it wouldn't be a problem at all. I finally got our visa just about 5 days before our departure! Our journey began from Pune airport itself, and Richa and her team were in constant touch with us. A WhatsApp thread was started by her with her team in Singapore and all the pick ups and drops were on time. The planning was perfect, and we got enough free time to roam around a bit on our own, as well as see all the tourist attractions. My son absolutely enjoyed every minute of the trip! We were there for 6 days and not a moment was son was bored! Thank you Richa, we'll be doing more trips with you for sure!
