Had a great time in Singapore and Malaysia all was as per itinary and executed accordingly support given by Mr.Kashyap from Kushark travels is awesome and because of that we could enjoy the trip. Everything was well organised by trip router travels . They planned my holiday according to my wishes in very short span of time. It was well organised. Madam vartika of trip router travels was all too helpful in sorting out various queries even at odd hours. Had lovely 5 nights nd 6 days at Singapore at a lovely 4 star hotel. Most Honest Review!!! We took our Singapore package for our anniversary from fliptrip. But the trip was not planned properly at all, although they were always available on call. On our first day we had Night Safari for which we got ready only to hear from the Singapore agent that Fliptrip had not provided them our itinerary beforehand. So our first day was totally wasted. Also the whole itinerary was changed from the second day, to which we were okay. But again they created problem by not booking our Sentosa Tickets about which we got to know on reaching Sentosa. We had to book tickets by our own for which they refunded us later. But in the process we wasted a lot of time and thus missed some events. Also the refund we received was late . They were always available on phone but couldn’t do much except arguing and shouting. In this trip we lost so much valuable time because of the changing itinerary and their arrogant and careless attitude that we had to write a review. We have been to other countries through Travel Triangle but this was the worst trip and the worst service provider . Really wish we had taken the package from I Need Trip Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Thank you Travel triangle and Shoes On Loose, for make our trip to Singapore and Bali a truly memorable one. The planning and execution was just right. One of the main things that improved the trip was that the drivers/ guides were locals, thereby letting us get the real feel of the places we visited. Travel Triangle / Shoes on loose were very flexible with us in the planning as per what we wanted and not like usual travel advisors which have a fixed itinerary for the guests. The suggestions provided to us during this planning stage were also practical and useful. I would definitely consider Travel triangle / shoes on loose for our next trip. Management and process wise was smooth and i got assistance wen required. We are satisfied with how the trip turned out to be Overall sentosa island memories Also a special mention for the guide johnson. He was great

The pick up and drop facility needs improvement. Day 1- the coach left without picking us up from the airport and figuring out and seeking help for the coach ended up spending unnecessary time at the airport. At the end I had to book a taxi and reach home. Day 3- the drop was outside the sands sky hotel but the pick up while returning was from gardens by the bay. Though both were near to each other but due to gap in communication we were unable to identify the location for the pick up. As a result, it led to last minute hustle to find the coach! Over all experience was good. But, it could have been a lot better. Sentosa island and universal studios.

Had a memorable trip at Singapore arranged by Smiling trips...Hotel selection and sight seeing timing were well arranged... Our agent Ankit was very helpful in clearing queries and he coordinated everything well...Only problem was driver at Singapore did not communicate as to how to reach various locations in sentosa island and we had to ask around to reach the correct locations...Overall a great experience at a reasonable cost.....

INT was good at giving quotes swiftly for all the changes done with respect to no of passengers and date of travel. Flight , hotel booking and local tour agent selection was good. The local tour operator Namho was good and were punctual during pick up and drop on all the days. Also the support on their hotline was good and available at all time. We had to call them for pickup at airport and for night safari tickets. They were quick in coordinating with the drivers and helping out. The following things can be improved: timing for pick up after night safari could be extended since we did not get sufficient time to visit all the event after safari due to heavy crowd. This could ve been taken into consideration for booking the return trip. Also the flyer, boat ride, gardens by the bay and luge ride (sentosa) were not included in the iternary which were really good and we had paid for 3 of them there at singapore. The agent could have communicated regarding the various options and properly planned according to client requirements.

One of the worst co ordination between travel agencies in India ( I need trip ) & Singapore ( NAM HO) , zero customer satisfaction ( not even bother to cater the customer requests). Universal studios & Sentosa travel transport cor ordination was really bad and very rude guide allotted during our Singapore bus tour. I called Ineed trip travel agency from Singapore to India for one of the request for early drop at airport which was totally ignored. Better to book everything by yourself instead of opting for any travel agency. I want to appreciate and thanks Rahul for helping me during my trip planning.
