In Bali driver & car everything was really nice. They made one what’s app group in which they always reply me instantly for any of my queries. I am so happy with their services. I was expecting some experience, I could have booked the plane ticket myself too. I was given a small hotel room in IBIS, Singapore, which is still fine as the location was nice. However, the Malaysian property, Hilton Garden Inn was a chock full of rubbish, I was warned by everyone around to be careful. One couldn't even walk down the road, forget anything else. The tickets given to us were basic, even for the getting islands cable ride, we were given standard tickets. Don't you think we deserve to know there is going to be a queue of 2 hrs? we could have bought express, which we anyway did. So the pass money went waste. On top of that! we were given only one way! do you think we were not supposed to come back? So overall, for the hotels and the experience (which definitely doesn't mean only giving basic passes) it also means knowing and asking your customer what does he want to see? what is the experience that he is looking for? what kind of hotels does he like? what is his choice of food? I feel If it's just about booking airline tickets, hotel and transfer, people do not need agencies like you..a thought to ponder over! we got extra things at an extra cost just when I was so adamant about my Singapore sight seeing. I am a frequent traveller and was just wanting to visit Ko samui in Aug end this year..but now I feel, I cannot trust you guys as you don't work for experience

We have booked our Singapore Malaysia family trip through Satguru Holidays. They have tie up with another agency called 'Asia Good Life" in Singapore and 'Red Apple" in Malaysia. All the arrangements they made in Singapore was good in the terms of Hotel, Food, Pickup, Sightseeing, Entry Tickets ... etc. But in Malaysia, the service was poor. We chosen Coach Bus service to go to Malaysia, the bus was good, but driver was arrogant. We reached the hotel by 5 pm and no activities till next day morning. They picked us from the hotel in the morning and dropped us at 'Genting Highlands' till 6.30 pm. It is 4-5 hours is enough to cover the area and rides, but we have waited there more than 4 hours to back to the hotel. Next Day morning they advised us to check out the hotel at 8.30 a.m., the driver picked us at 9 a.m. for what they called 'City Tour' and dropped us back at the hotel at 12:00 pm. noon, we have waited until 6:10 pm. at the hotel lobby without the facility to change the dress and freshup, we had to use the toilet to change the dress. The driver suppose to pickup us at 5:30 pm. to the Airport, he late for 50 minutes, which put us in dilemma & panic and resulted over speeding to the airport to catch the flight.

everything was planned very well and executed even better ...pooja bhatt and bhupender were extremely responsive throughout and later the travel team was the same ... i never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any query. high customer service standard and transparency in all conversations was delightful. absolutely recommended

The entire trip planning was very good. Was in touch was Ms. Shalu Shrivastava from Kushark Holidays who planned the itinerary end to end with me. Was gifting this trip to my parents for their 25th anniversary and from selection of hotels to events to do there, it was a memorable trip for them. All of my requests including lunch & dinner vouchers (my parents are vegetarians) for them, specific gaps in their schedules were accommodated. To summarize the entire thing: Pros: 1) Accommodates to all requests and suggest best possible alternatives for them (including date changes if needed, competitive rates etc.). 2) Plan things end to end for a good memorable experience. 3) Take care of basic needs like suggest hotels with nearby veg restaurants etc. Cons: 1) The drop point for all returning rides was atleast 1 km away from their hotel (all rides offered are on sharing basis) 2) I had booked initially with Jet Airways. I was little uncomfortable during booking but the agency soothed me saying they will take care of whatever happens saying "They are there". When Jet stopped its operations (as per my doubt) Kushark Holidays as well as Travel Triangle took no responsibility of anything and I had to book new tickets at costlier rates. My money is still stuck with no visibility. Entire problem is: They shouldn't have committed just to close a sales for them!

Our trip was organised very well. We are very happy with the service provided by Shalu and Kushark holidays team. Shalu, you have helped us in selecting our cruise vacation for which we are very grateful to you. Before Kushark, all other travel partners whom we contacted were giving us the option for two nights Cruise. However, Shalu suggested us that we can opt for a 3 nights cruise on another day at similar budget, and this has amplified our holiday plans. Our trip on Singapore and Dream Cruise went well. Though I will say the experience on the cruise was much better. The itenary was planned by Shalu such that we could cover most of the spots in Singapore in our short 2 day stay at Singapore. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services & support and guidance of Shalu. We will plan more trips with Kushark in the future. Whole Trip wap amazingly planned
