Beautiful Trip. Very well planned. Had lot of fun. Little confusion on vouchers for the last moment changes but overall it was a wonderful trip with travel triangle and Kushark holidays.. :)

The tour was gr8.. however there should have been better communication and details explained b4 the tour.. certain changes were made and not informed . It was well planned but at times hectic due to change in schedule. Also charges during the cruise should be specified in advance . Also there were no meals on flight which should be informed during booking.. On the whole it was great...

It was really a great experience travelling Singapore with co-ordination of Trip Expert. They were very proactive at all stages from starting of making the itenary as per out requirement to providing us the vouchers and tickets. Madhvi from Trip Expert was very co-operative and very much responsive in making sure we had a great trip. Communication wise they were always available and also proactive enough in checking how our trip was going. The only conflict we found was with OCBC ticket which we had to purchase at destination but Trip Expert mentioned us it would be refunded. They also helped us in getting our flight tickets changed when Jet Airways cancelled our flight one day before and Trip Advisor helped us with best possible flight option at the minimum cost. At overall we are very much satisfied with the kind of support and service we received from The Trip Expert.

Recently I had a family trip to Singapore & Malaysia through Travel triangle and agent A1 tours. Suvendu was our agent and he did a great job coordinating the whole week. Everyone of my family was very happy and enjoyed the trip. Mr. Suvendu was the person from A1 tours who assisted us. The tour was great . everything was planned well and we did not have any problem . Mr. Suvendu was extremely helpful . He was always available even at odd hours . He has extreme patience , answered all our queries promptly and was very helpful.Every thing is done very fast and neatly. I am very happy . He co operations has given and guided me in clearly about the tour program and every day mails me. Hotel booked was nice and all the SIC transfers were on time and even accommodated last moment changes for transfers as per my request.Overall a very good and hassle free trip and I would recommend A1 tours in future to my friends also.

I would like to give special thanks to MR ABHINAV GARG who was very supportive from starting till the end and helped me throughout. He had complete knowledge about everything. In future, I will contact travel triangle for all my trips and will consult Abhinav for the same. I must say, we had many destinations in mind and at one point of time we even thought to cancel and plan it later but Travel triangle helped line up a capable list of agents who helped us narrow down the on going list of destination. We opted for Singapore and I need Trips(our travel agent) has helped us plan it. I would like to thanks Nupur(trip planner) and Satinder ( visa champion) to help us in the entire trip. They were on their toes to help us and resolve any queries that's needed. I will look towards Travel Triangle for any future trips.. 1. I would say it has to be the MBS. If you are coming to Singapore, you must stay in MBS at least for one night. Their infinity pool is awesome and the view from the hotel is breath taking. 2. Shopping @ bugis steet - me and my wify love shopping small souvenirs. It's a best place for that.. you can get lots of stuffs at a very small price and the food there is good. 3. Night Safari - Another recommendation by our travel planner was a hit.. we loved it. Its a treat to watch all the animals and not a zoo like structure but out in the open. We saw a white lion(not an albino). After that walking with my love on a jungle trail was awesome.. 4. SEA Aquarium - if you have already seen other Aquariums still it's a must see. We absolutely loved it. At one point of time, we sat down infront of a big aquarium and continue gazing different fishes and talking to each other.

I booked my Singapire trip through NITSA holidays. They had processed my visa in due time. The services arranged were really good. Only one ptoblem which I faced was with the cab drivers. Randomly dtivers were coming for pivk up and it was unknown as to who wad the actual driver. Hotel room was good enough. My case dinner was also in scope of my travel agent. They had arranged good buffet dinner at poular Indisn restaurants. All vouchers were handed over on day 1 after arrival. The entire trip was done smoothly. We had an amazing experience. Thank you Vaishali for arranging ourvtrip. Thank you Mukul ji for visa processing timely.

Villa in Bali was poor not basic things there like toothpaste, poor pool... hotels was not indian food freindly... Singapore hotels room were very small...not fully satisfied with services..it was ok ok types

Shubham has planned the trip in well organized and enjoyable way. I got the personal space and the adventurous activities both in each day.
