How To Reach Kaza

Kaza is located in the remote Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh. As Spiti doesn’t have an airport or a railway station of its own, Kaza is only accessible through means of roads. Tourists planning to explore this place  can reach airports in Shimla, Bhuntar, Manali, Chandigarh, Delhi, Dharamshala and Leh. Upon arrival at the airport, tourists need to take up either a bus or a private vehicle to reach Kaza. Apart from airways, tourists can also take up railways and reach railways stations in Shimla, Chandigarh or Delhi and then further the journey via road.

A number of buses operate from Delhi to Kaza passing through Rohtang Pass, Batal, Kunzum Pass, and various remote valleys of Himachal Pradesh. There are 2 routes to reach Kaza from Delhi; one via Shimla and the other via Manali. Various buses are available from cities like Chandigarh, Manali, Shimla and Leh, however, the availability of buses are more in Delhi.
