Cab and driver - the drivers skills were good and he was experiencing but the car was old and broken. Firstly he outright refused to take us to all the places mentioned in the itinerary. The car's front seat was broken, back seat was coming out. The car needs maintenance. Service - I felt outsmarted by the travel agent twice and the mistake is mine that I trusted blindly. These two bad instances made me have a bad opinion. For the price I paid my stays except for the first one were pathetic
