About Coonoor Destinations

As far as size goes, Coonoor is placed after Ooty but, it is just as rewarding as any other hill station in South India. One of the major draws of visiting Coonoor is that it remains less crowded than Ooty, even in the peak tourist season in Tamil Nadu. A one-hour drive or a toy train ride from Coonoor to Ooty, full of sharp hairpin bends, allows a breath-taking view of verdant slopes of the Nilgiri Mountains.

A nature lover’s delight, Sim's Park in Coonoor is a Japanese-style botanical garden featuring native and other plants and flowers. CAB and Driver is good, driver has planned the places well and covered as per Itinerary. On the way, he has also explained about the places while driving in Mysore and Ooty. Hotel Delightz Inn is ok only (Don't go for it if you're more than 2 Adults). Room is very tight with no chair to sit and place the luggage, free breakfast is not that level as not much options when compared to others. Roopa elite is recommended hotel, breakfast is superb. After seeing the places and travel, hotels, trip seems bit costly. Time constraint to visit Ooty places Overall, felt that package is bit costly but went smooth from start to end

I had worst experience with travel triangle and agent. faced many issue on the trip. Once payment is done then we are on our own only to deal with issues. No one will check after the payment. Rakesh was our travel agent from dream yatra .there is no plan done for our trip. No proper cab arrangement/ hotel payment issue. missed half of the tour sight seeing. Most importantly Dream yatra do not pick call, they insist us to send whatsapp message only.I also raised all these concerns to traveltriangle in email but there is no response. I am giving rating as 10 since feedback is not getting submitted when i gave rating as 1. No good experience, it was a NIGHTMARE.

We recently had a wonderful trip to Mysore and Coorg, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. We were fortunate to explore a variety of scenic locations, each more breathtaking than the last, and we indulged in delicious local cuisine that gave us a true taste of the region's flavors. A big part of our enjoyable experience was thanks to our trip driver, Sunil, who was extremely professional throughout the journey. He ensured we covered all the places listed in the itinerary and even shared interesting insights about the destinations. His dedication and pleasant demeanor added great value to our trip. The resort we stayed at was another highlight of our vacation. Nestled amidst the serene woods, it offered stunning views that made for a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The food served at the resort was equally delightful, offering a wide range of flavors that satisfied our palate. However, while the trip itself was fantastic, I want to share some feedback regarding the booking experience. Our travel agent, Kishan from Bookitforgetit, was very proactive and responsive before we booked the trip. Unfortunately, after the booking was finalized, I found myself repeatedly following up for crucial details such as the hotel voucher, payment confirmations, and driver information. This lack of consistent communication and post-booking support was a bit disappointing. My humble request to Travel Triangle is to ensure that better customer service is provided after the booking process is complete. It’s crucial to maintain the same level of attentiveness throughout the entire experience. While the trip itself was great, the post-booking service left room for improvement. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for travelers like us.
