Wondering how to reach Dolphin’s Nose? From Coonoor Bus Stand or Coonoor Railway Station, follow the road to Bedford Circle, then continue west to Dolphin’s Nose road to reach this lovely viewpoint in Coonoor. There are regular taxis available for rent any time of the day to visit Dolphin’s Nose from Coonoor. The 20-min drive through tea estates is as rewarding as the viewpoint itself. The distance from Ooty to Dolphin Nose is about 30 km via Ketti and Coonoor.

While coming to Dolphin’s Nose from Kotagiri, Adubettu Bus Stand is the nearest bus stop to this viewpoint. Adubettu is located a short walk away from Catherine Falls.

    Travel agent provided us reliable, decent and patient kannada speaking driver as requested. The places were well covered. But, I had opened my conversation to suggest places. She could have told me about longest drive over two ghat section from Ooty to Kodaikanal, which seems to be tiresome Also,
    no attempts were made to cancel the stay at Kodaikanal. We have to forgo stay at kodai. Overall, trip was good. Enjoyable and made treasurable moments

    Hotel provided was just ok. Not that great. No toiletries were provided.when we requested. For an upgrade of the room they said they would charge us 1000 extra per night. However they demanded 1500 while checkout. But finally they agreed for 1000 per night which I felt bad on their part. They never
    told me 1500 extra per night. Same type of breakfast for three days. Travel agent did not call us a single time to know the status and Check if we have any issues. Expected call from the agent. Cab driver was an excellent guy. He helped us with all the tour details and always had right suggetion.

He has arranged a nice cab. Our chauffeur(vijay) is excellent. He was very polite and friendly. Thanks mahesh for arranging chauffeur who can speak Telugu. A huge thanks to mahesh and team for making the trip wonderful.
