We had requested for customized trip plan from travel triangle and they did a great job. The accomodations were good and right next to some of the best Indian restaurants. The transport and other connections were properly configured and I was informed in advance on the transport details. We went to

The agent had made a good package, but once after we made the payment - felt a disconnect from the agent(TRAVTREE) - we ve to keep following up - asking for doubts. She was a bit rude with totally different voice - Chanchal Sharma.

the agency - extremely well co-ordinated, but some how the agent was not that great this time

Trip was good but faced issue on very first day related to hotel as hot water for bath is not coming also pressure is very low after sometime even water is not coming. After lot of discussion with agent and hotel staff no body supported.
