The driver suddenly demanded money, stating our 3-year-old's ticket was not included. When we contacted Mr. Krishna and Khushi Gupta, we were essentially threatened that the "on ground team [would] stop their service" unless we paid immediately. ​Imagine having to deal with these unforeseen costs and stressful situations in the middle of a trip with a small child. This experience was deeply unprofessional, ruined the spontaneity we expected from a holiday, and demonstrated a clear breach of trust. ​Future travelers should be highly cautious of SPSV TRAVELS' practices regarding accurate traveler details, price guarantees, and their handling of on-ground service.
