Overall the travel are ok . few feedback due to which I had suffered 1. My Name in the ticket was prefixed with MS instead of Mr which created issue during check in. never expected such basic mistake by you.it took lot of time to convince . I was upset on that as it happening in the beginning of journey. 2. itinerary was not planned properly .it seems you guys do it in a hurry . As the cab pick up mentioned in the plan was 11 am for krabi to Bangkok although my flite was at 10.50. it seems no one scans the itinerary and you are just playing with customer experience 3. while I reached bangkok for my itinerary there was no communication from the local operator . no one was responding to my queries it became difficult to get the plan for next day.  4. the quality of cabs provided for my phuket private travel was bad .it seems like the oldest car in the town was picked regards Anand

Few things were different from that mentioned in the itinerary.. I had to pay after it was included in my package

Fabulous trip... every little detail taken care of very well...i strongly recommend Journey Routers to everyone ..planning another trip with them soon .....

It was a memorable trip and very well organized by Travel Triangle. The Hotels were very good, the food vouchers, trips and transfers were well organized as per preference given. Th support staff and coordinators were very helpful.

All the arrangements were perfect and smooth. Centara andadhevi in Krabi was excellent stay, definitely it's a 4-star. But we were not happy with the hotel provided in Phuket, it was mentioned as 4-star and it was not up to the mark. I would rate 2-star for Seaview patong hotel.

This was my first time out of the country and first time using a travel agency ( Travel triangle) and let me tell you the experience I had with Wings and Wheels was best in class from the beginning to the end. Everything was thoroughly laid out, she answered all my questions, her follow-up great, and very detailed oriented. While in Thailand we didn't have to wait for anything and all our reservations was clearly identified in the 3rd party company systems which made this trip hassle free. We will be using the same again for any trip we have going forward. Must visit Karbi.. beautiful place

I did my booking through breadbag holidays.i was not happy about 2 things there was no communication about check in baggage due to which we faced issues on airport as well in spite of planning due to communication gap between team from india and Pattaya we were given worst seats with extra chairs outside toilet for alkazar show. On asking for compensation regarding this there was no reply

best services provided by travel triangle and team. like to make more booking with travel triangle. 1. the hyatt palace, Phuket was excellent 2. srisuksant resort, krabi was good 3. lefenix hotel, Bangkok was good the package was costly as compared to hotels. the hotel provided by u was not that much good. i think i have paid more as compared to other guys packages.
