Phuket, Bangkok, Pattaya- Overall the trip came out to be good with hiccups here and there. Good part was they live up to their claim of being available 24/7 support during the entire trip and would customize the trip as per your recommendations. However the trip could have been managed better- waiting time at various hops could have been reduced, itinerary with all details could be shared early. We had few glitches but glad everything ended on a good note. Stay at cape sienna was really good. Alcazar show, elephant show at noong nooch village, canoe riding at phang nga bay were also unique and delightful.

Stay, points & Co-coordinating agent (Mr Alex) of Pattaya was too good, while in Bangkok small problem but it was immediately resolved by representative of Breakbag Holidays India office. Overall experience very good and I recommend must go through Breakbag Holidays Pvt Ltd.

Overall travel experience was perfectly good however the Pattaya hotel staff behaviour and services were pathetic. Apart from that trip went well. Would like to highlight the service of Pattaya hotel: • They do not provide the room before 2PM if rooms are available also, for that they charge 100Bhat for each hour. Instead of providing extra care to the customer they to business tactics for making the money. We didn’t face any such issue at Bangkok. • They clean room once in a day which is fine however after they don’t entertain any request from customer. Because one day at evening the floor got wet and we requested to clean the room which they clearly denied. • Wi-Fi network was very poor on the floors, only lobby Wi-Fi was working fine. We had requested technical person to check the network once which never addressed. • For breakfast there were many options to eat in Pattaya hotel however most of options were Thai items. It is just a suggestion to have some Indian food as well. Apart from that: • Cab service was awesome. • Alcazar show was quite new for us and had a wonderful experience. • Coro Island activities were good.

Dear team, We completed our trip yesterday.the arrangements were super and we loved the experience with travel triangle. But,we request to stop allocating Noppharat resort to any further visitors.The place is completely isolated with less number of tenants with No room service.The rooms lacked basic amenities like a coffee heater,water heater and the AC took toooo long to cool. We had very bad experience when we were not allowed to cook Maggie in the kitchen. We were completely exhausted and had requested for warm water or if we can use the kitchen at 7pm.We were denied the same and so had to move out in search of dinner. Also, due to songkran festival se were caught in traffic and we couldn't check out at the stipulated time.The housekeeping cleaned our rooms,packed our luggage and placed it at reception.Also we were not allowed to check our room once to find if anything was left. We had bought 4 water bottles and kept it in fridge so we could carry the same,each costing 20TBH. the housekeeping disposed the bottles in dustbin and asked us to buy the same from them.We were soooooo frustrated by this unkind and arrogant behavior their.We did not deserve this treatment.We hated our stay and would request you to discontinue your service to retain your name and reputation. Rest,thanks for everything.looking forward for more trips

We had the entire Thailand trip customized per our needs by I Need Trip, follow up was good prior to and after the booking. Everything was good, except the time of few of the cabs that they had booked, couple of sightseeing SIC transfers were delayed without any intimation. Towards the end of the trip, the trip coordinator stopped picking up calls, there wasn't much support provided by them whenever we needed them. 1. SIC cab was delayed by 90 mins one day without intimation. 2. Private cab to Airport from Krabi was booked at 7am for a 11 am domestic flight, leaving us no room for breakfast as resort breakfast opened at 7. 3. Private cab from DMK airport to our hotel was booked 3 hours after our arrival, for God knows what joy Please double check the cab vouchers and rework with these people if you do choose them; also *DO NOT* rely on the trip coordinator, they rarely care once you are on the trip.

we are completely satisfied with the arrangements done by our travel agent ( Parth Gupta ) from I need trips. Everything was perfect hotels , hotel location , cabs scheduling . we will definitely choose him as our agent for our next upcoming trip. whole trip was memorable for us.
