During the trip, the team was very prompt & responsive for any queries that we had. All the transfers were comfortable and well planned. They ensured transport details for next day was shared in advance on regular basis. The hotel accommodation was as per our requirements. The rooms were great & very clean and as requested..Worth the money spent.. Special mention for Baan Lamai Hotel & Resort from where the Patong beach is easily accessible across the road... It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian food at all hotels as well as on the Boat trips.. All the local operators for island hopping were very polite and informative... They even suggested how to maximize the time we had at every location.. For the day at leisure we had support from their team to arrange for rental cab on payment basis which is much better than local Grab taxi service Our vacation was a huge success !! One of the hotels charged us extra for a kid, and even that amount was promptly refunded by them. The entire communication throughout the trip was seamless, and they were available 24×7 on Telegram/WhatsApp for any help. Overall, the trip went incredibly smooth. I’ll definitely choose travel traingle again for our next family getaway!
