Had a nice trip to dubai.. Pcm raj was very supportive in choosing hotels and activities which were being asked. Shetty driver based out of dubai was on time for all the pickups and drops. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. Abu dhabi trip could have been better..

We had a wonderful family trip to Dubai during the first week of May 2023. We had opted for a customised package with accommodation, transfers and site seeing activities. Holidays paradise team(Harsh and Miraj) explained the details of the proposed package well. They were patient enough to make the necessary changes according to our concerns. Overall the trip went really well planned and co-ordinated. Accommodation : We stayed at Novotel Deira City centre. The room was very neat and comfortable. It was slightly small for our family size of four; but overall it wasn't any issue. The hotel was right in the centre of the city close to shopping malls and eateries. We enjoyed the stay there. Again, thanks to Harsh for booking this hotel for us. Breakfast spread was varied and good; but Indian dishes were quite less and were not tasting good. Transfers: The transfers were very well co-ordinated via whatsapp. All the assigned drivers were punctual and polite. We still remember the warmth conversations we had with driver Mohammed and how passionately he explained Dubai and its legacy. Site seeing activities : We enjoyed most of the attractions. The off season was starting and the tourist places were not very much crowded. The dubai city tour, Burj Khalifa, Dune bashing, Underwater zoo and aquarium, Marina Cruise... were all very enjoyable. The best thing we liked was Ferrari world. It had enough of drives and attractions to keep us really happy for hours. We reached a bit late for Ferrari world; could spend around 4 hours there. 6 hours is really needed to cover all the rides. Abu Dhabi Mosque tour wasn't very interesting; we could have skipped it to have more time at Ferrari world. We also had an awesome dune bashing experience by the experienced driver; we were really amused. The desert camp performances (belly dancing, fire dancing and tanoura dancing) all were good; but the overall arrangements (food/snacks/henna painting) were not good. We wholeheartedly thank the Holidays paradise team for supporting us in having a memorable experience at Dubai. We will definitely be considering you again whenever we plan the next trip.

Booked at WORLD TRAVEL DESTINATION The tour was perfect as per the itenary and the efforts in making the plan successful in all aspects was brilliant. Compared to all agencies WORLD TRAVEL DESTINATION provided the most reasonable package. The timing of all the sight seeing was as per the itenary and all the drivers and guides provided explained everything perfectly. The Tour to Abu Dhabi was fantastic and the guide named Tashreef explained beautifully with every minute details. The Travel agent BHAVNA has communicated everything perfectly Hope to travel with your agency in near future... THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN

We were chased too many times by the agent for money however we told him prior that we will send money in parts and not in single go. Agent suggested swaroop villas which wasnt that good and services were quite dull. Mount abu hillock hotel was nice . Overall average experience. Regarding travel triangle everything was cool as usual . We happily will again plan our trip with travel triangle. Please intruct the agents not to be rigid and talk gently once trip is finalised. Mount abu was fabulous and so were the services of hotel there.

I see lack of information for us during the tour and not well planned. 1. Abu dhabi was total disaster. We were allowed to spend only 2.5 hrs in Ferrari world, which needs minimum 5-6 hrs. Driver took us at 4.00 PM at Ferrari world and over that he mentioned that he is doing favor by giving extra time for us. His time was only till 5.00 PM. If passengers don't pay, we leave them at place and go. (Huge money loss) 2. They knew due to Ramzan couple of try will start late. We were made to wait for hrs at gate. 3. I was never explained that Rose Rayhaan provides standard rooms below 16th floor. Whole purpose of booking this hotel was to stay at high floors. I came to know from hotel, and I have to pay extra Rs 12000/- to stay at higher floor.

we have booked of trip from Abroad Vacations and everything was well planned, the best part was Desert Safari and Abu Dhabi, we enjoyed a lot, I will refer Abroad Vacations to everyone for their Dubai Trip.

Good Trip however dissatisfied with Ramada plaza Hotel. The hilton hotel at ramada plaza was very good. All the tours were on time. We had a very good trip to Dubai & Abudhabi, enjoyed all the attractions both at Abu dhabi & Dubai. Unhappy with the hotel provided in Dubai Ramada Plaza. Following are the pros & cons of the hotel: Pros - Walking distance to bus stand and Metro station 3-4 Supermarkets nearby, you can take buy gifts at cheaper rates from these stores Cons Breakfast limited option and not a good taste, Once they had dal in breakfast, other day Chole with Pao, they could have kept pao bhaji, Food was not tasty None of the rooms have a balcony The spa was closed throughout the 5 day stay The swimming pool is even smaller than the size of the room. The bars & Clubs in the ground floor not suitable for family visit. I was asked by a call girl outside the reception of the hotel if i need a lady. We had asked for evening slot of Burj khalifa to capture sunset view but were given afternoon slot. Disappointed. The agent said that the slots were already booked however when i checked all the slot were available.

I had booked Trip with Travel Triangle to Dubai on Feb 16 to 22nd 2023. Abroad Vacations we chose because they provide best Quote and more importantly they person assigned name Himanshu to us for assisting was very attentive and supportive. Must admit Pre-Travel process was best process ever. I hardly had to worry about anything. Visa, Tickets, Vouchers were shared on time. Allowed us EMI Plan before travel. The worst part begins from Travel Day 1 : 1st Day was kind Ok, We had Dhow Cruise - Al Mansour Dhow , though the Cruise chosen as partner was worst in terms of quality of Food provided. But no complaints considering budget. 2nd Day - Dubai Tour and Burj Khalifa : Dubai tour was kind Ok . We started at 10:30 , we dint visit many places. Driver was more keen to drop us in Dubai Mall by 12:30 pm , We had to walk from lower parking to Main Parking and then to Mall, We completed all our sight seeing there . Day 3 is when actual problem started - We were asked to start from hotel at 11:30 , we reached Frame at 12:15 pm. There was decent crowd, we had to stand in queue and complete our sight seeing. We hurried up everything and by the time we reached down the frame it was 2:30 , by this time Safari Driver called us atleast 2-3 times asking us to be ready for Safari Drive. None of us had Food. We are 9 of them including two of above 60 and three kids. We were completely tired. We did not get cab to find any hotel. We had to walk roughly 2 km to other side of road to have food in hurry, so that we can survive for next few hours. We were being constantly asked hurry up for the Safari pick up. None of them had proper food. Anyways, we proceeded for Safari. We reached the place by like right time or may be an hour late. Now we had enough time for Safari Drive. But Rah Travels , who was incharge for this Drive, took us to Desert safari for exactly 5 mins + 2 mins Photo Stop, Total of 7 mins of complete Desert Safari , I overheard from those Drivers that they were illegal Drivers and there are not supposed to drive there without valid passport as there was some CID in round. So annoying. Why should we be scape goat for their mistake. We were told , that will be compensated while we go Night Camp /BBQ Dinner. But there was nothing. Again Food at the Camp was as worst as their drive. We payed 300 Dirhams for 6 adults for having Sofa seat , otherwise we would have been made to sit on sand with mat on it. Worse was , they did not allow us time. Driver was more keen to take us back to hotel. We were asked to return by 7:30 , 2 hours for Night Fire Camp . HORRIBLE, I would say. Day 4 was Abu Dhabi - We started at 9 am, We went to Grand Mosque. We went all through the queue and reached and we were told we have some Dress code. What was Abroad Vacations thinking ?? We could pay 150 Dirhams for Abaya which we are never going to use again ? Cant they tell us in prior about dress code ?? Anyways, we had to buy to go in and we did pay . We walked all through the final security to know that there is some registration done. We were completely pissed at this point. We had to walk all through the path to have walk to other side of entrance to registration and then come back and wait in queue and go inside again. When checked Abroad Vacation Team, they told me Driver would have informed. When I checked with Driver, he said who is agency ? Whatever said - We were Fools here We were again give time to return because we had some sight seeing, So, we had to run back to Car parking on time for sight seeing. And as usual nor driver or any Agents was worried about Food. We did not have lunch. We some stopped at McDonald and survived with Burger that day. Ferrari World was ok. No point in telling about Emirates palace and other things in Abu dhabi , they were as Good as not seeing. Back to Hotel. Day 5 - We were picked up from Hotel at 12:15 for Museum of Future. As usual, there was Crowd due to some Food Festival. So , we did not see most of the stuff in Museum of Future as the next pick up was planned at 3:15pm. Average time take for whole sight seeing is like 3-4 hours. but we couldn't . Again, Driver asked to have lunch there in MOTF - Where we paid 8k INR for 8 Sandwhich. We were taken to Miracle Garden where their designated 1.5 hours was not enough complete the whole sight seeing. However, again we cut short it and came back and boarded. We had a decent driver, he showed some courtesy to stop in one Petrol Bunk , so we could buy some Biscuits and Chocolates and IMPORTANTLY WATER !! We reached Global Village like around 6:00. Not sure what they were thinking, Global Village in 2.30 hours is impossible. However, We cut shorted the Sight seeing there and came back at 8:30 as directed by Abroad Vacation and then to Hotel. No Couple of Questions to Abroad Vacation : Why couldn they have planned Abu Dhabi trip a bit earlier like around 7:30- 8 am ? Why couldnt tell us about Dress Code and Registration stuff ? Why was Museum of the Future not planned early ? I mean you picking us from Hotel 12:15 pm ? There is no Time constrain for Ticket , we could have reached there at 10:30 or 11 , we would have had 1.5 hour more for whole day plan . Why did you have planned such tough schedule, when you cant handle people ? As Agents, you should also take care about Lunch/Dinners of your travellers. Totally Disappointing. As mentioned, Pre-Planning was amazing but During Trip the execution was horrible. I would never recommend this to anyone.

It is often very difficult to envision and approach the planning of a trip to a place you know little about.. But, Amaan from Flying Feet really came through and presented us with a joyous pack of memories to cherish forever. It was nothing less than commendable how Amaan helped us draft an ideal itinerary for Egypt with very specific details about each place - how much travel time does it involve, best time to visit and how can it be accommodated with other things on the list, fatigue one could potentially experience and every single bit I could think of! Their connect in Egypt and transition between drivers/guides from one local site to another was as smooth as it could be. Food (each meal of the day to be specific) , cabs for travel, tour guides, hotel and even the check ins, entry tickets, inclusions like hot air balloon and snorkelling, how to deal with the locals, currency conversions (to and fro) - everything was taken care of. The availability 24x7 on the trip and prompt responses even on the tiniest concern was really appreciable. A trip as perfect as I'd like it to be! Gist of our itinerary - Cairo/Giza - Aswan - Abu Simbel - Aswan - Luxor - Hurghada - Cairo 3N Cairo - 3N Cruise - 2N Hurghada

Loved the experience and coordination by the ground team over Whatsapp. They were always on time. Infact, we were at times late from our end but their team was always on or before time. Abu Dhabi without Ferrari world is boring as a full day tour. If you are not taking Ferrari world, Abu Dhabi can be skipped entirely, or can be cut short to a half day tour instead of wasting time sitting in the Yas mall. Except for Abu Dhabi tour, which was partially good with Grand mosque, everything else was very nicely managed. Desert Safari Miracle Gardens
