Trip: Delhi-Singapore-Bali-Delhi The service I got from the team has been excellent. It's a hassle free trip and well-organized as well. It could have more organized if you guys can connect with the customer to provide him/her some checklist to be taken care of before going to the other countries such as currency exchange, weather, telecoms, timings or any additional idea that travellers can do in the other countries. It'll help them in packing mainly. Singapore: Overall, the experience was really great from all of the team, the team members were connected with me all the time voluntarily. Tickets and Vouchers have been provided on arrival. I'd issue when I reached on the Changi Airport and have to go by my own private cab which costs very high. Flights were also fine and planned very well. Bali: The time spend in Bali was also very great and there is nothing I found unplanned or un-organized in this country from the service offered by them.

Very good support by Holiday Matrix from booking to delivery of travel vouchers. Pick up from Changi Airport to Hotel was on time & ride was comfortable. A good hotel in a good location. Small rooms & No windows in room. Rooms were clean. Coffee/Tea maker available in room. Very Good Breakfast. . Singapore Tour by Ms Nam Ho DMC was excellent and very well managed i.e Timely pickup from Hotel, Comfortable Bus Ride & Very good tour guides. Well planned tour to all places and schedule was on time. Overall a very good & well managed memorable family tour. Note: Hotel check in time is 15.00 hrs. Hence plan your arrival to be close to Hotel Check in time. Or else you will have to wait in Hotel Lobby till 15.00 hrs.

I went to Singapore on a 5 night trip. I booked the flight myself and selected two hotels based on location and guest reviews - One Farrer in Little India for 4 nights and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for the last night since I had a morning flight back and wished to explore the Jewel Changi. Both hotels were great choices for my needs. The itinerary was finalized by Travel Triangle and all arrangements were done as per the itinerary and the trip went very smoothly, thank you.

We booked our Singapore trip through Adi Travels - Mr. Santosh Singh. Our flight got delayed by 20 mins and immigration at Singapore took half an hour extra than expected. I connected my phone to changi airport wifi hoping that driver will call me as I was not having his number. To my surprise no one called me and when I checked everywhere after baggage collection, I did not find anyone holding my name plate. When I called Mr. santosh Singh he said he'll call Mr. Anil (Red Apple tourist company manager) and Mr. Anil said driver left with 'no show' reason and I have take taxi to go to hotel. We did not get that reimbursement. We missed our first day dinner because of this hassle. Singapore Indian restaurants closes at 10:30. Delay in flight/ immigration was not in our hands. Still driver did not contact me. He could have. Also, there is no transportation to hotel after your dinner. You have to walk 3 kms or take a taxi everyday after dinner. These things were not mentioned in itinerary. Also we were not told by Mr. Santosh that we have to check out at 12PM. Our return flight was at 8:30PM so we decided to leave to airport at 5. Hotel staff included 94 SGD bill as overstay. I called Mr. Santosh Singh and told them this issue. He said you should have known this. This is oretty standard time for checkout. I did not know. He said I'll have to pay. We were punctual. But due to lack of communication and proper documentation of itinerary, there were few glitches and bad experiences in this trip. I was wondering what if we plan to send our elders alone in family for Singapore trip who are not good with using maps/cab services on phone relying on such people who can not help you and say you have to figure it out yourselves. I will not say bad but definitely it wasn't very good experience.

Very good service by VRM & TRIANGLE TRAVEL. When we didn't receive code of swings of Fire, we contacted VRM agent. He quickly helped us & we could get tickets. Some improvement in some dinner restaurant is required. Pre-tour communication was also excellent. Similar experience about our Maldives trip. Thank Triangle Travel & VRM. Cloud Forest is ultimate & Must see. Jewel at Changi airport is also new concept.

1st Day Trip From Bangalore to Singapore , 1 .We reached Changi Airport at 4.30 am Local time but we waited in Airport for 3 hours to pick us and take to the Hotel. 2. We reached hotel at 8 am Local time and they were not ready to give Early check in as there is a Default check in at 2 pm - Whne you people know about the check in time is 2 pm in Singapore , why did you mention early check-in quotation or else you could have arrange a flight ticket according the Hotel check in time . 3. from 8 am to 2 pm we were just sitting in the reception area as no one is ready to ask us anything , we were tired and feeling sleepy and hungry also . 4th Day early morning from Changi to Malaysia - we reached Malaysia at 1 .15 pm and from there to hotel 3.30 pm , Driver came to pick us at 5.15 for City tour -- When it is already evening 5.15 pm , what is necessary of taking a City tour because each place Driver stopped only for 10 minutes --- We went to Malaysia to see place only for 10 minutes ?????????????????????????? When we went to KL tower they allowed us only till 1st floor and you people also took ticket till 1st floor -- Why is that KL tower show only will enjoy by going to top floor but you people said we have given voucher for all floor -- Next time onwards dont do this with other customers or else tel them clearly voucher is only till 1st floor if u want top floor ticket then you can purchase in reception area. For Night Dinner in Singapore - restaurants were toooooo far from the Hotel and we use to walk more then 2 km till hotel when we dont no anything in the new city but some we managed to reach hotel . except few things we were happy with the hospitality , pick and drop and the hotel everything was fine .

Though the overall trip was a good experience, the initial part of it was an absolute headache. There was no cab driver to pick us from Changi. Frustrated, we had to take our own cab to the hotel. Your helpline numbers were totally useless, no one from travel triangle or the travel agent was available at that point in time. Please make sure that your helpline numbers are available 24*7. Also, had to wait for good 5–6 hours at Singapore before I could check-in to my room at Singapore hotel. Please make sure that check-in times at hotels match the time one arrives at the hotel. No one wants to wait at the hotel lobby all tired after a long flight. The stay in Bali was all good, have no complains on that front whatsoever.

It was a good trip(Singapore). Very well organized by Neha and Rashmi. They helped us with all queries and tickets. One of the thing that was not so great was the airport drop during return. The hotel checkout was at 12 pm but the return cab was provided at 5 pm although I had mentioned that I want to go directly to airport after checkout to see Changi airport. I had to book my own taxi for airport drop. The trip as well planned and we didn't face any issue.
