Our trip to Dubai with Transclick Holidays was excellent. The major contributing factor to this positive review is the coordinator in Dubai, Mr. Hisham Kaleem. His behavior was beyond our expectations. However, there are are some negative aspects too. On the 3rd day, we had to visit the Future Museum & then go for the Desert Safari. But the timings provided for the Future Museum was not good. We had to rush for the Desert Safari & didn't get adequate time in the Future Museum. Another negative point was the schedule for Abu Dhabi tour. We got to see only the BAPS Temple at day light. The rest of the city tour was at night & without any stoppages (doordarshan from the bus window). Even the visit to the Grand Mosque was also at night. This Abu Dhabi tour day was the worst day in our trip. Transclick should have done this in better possible ways. Other days were good & as per our expectations.

Overall rating : 4 out of 5 ( 4 because of Rachana's good coordination) Recommended: Yes if Cons are taken very seriously and book tickets well in advance. Pros: 1. Rachana was very helpful in giving details of the iternary and coordinated really well with our improvising plans and gave multiple options to change iternary. 2. Hotel was good and check in was smooth. 3. Transfer details were on time and we got on time pick up and drop. 4. Transfer drivers were really helpful and assisted for the dos and don'ts. 5. Pick up time , local sight seeing tickets were sent well advance to plan our day. Cons: 1. Hotel location could have been better..There is another Hampton by Hilton near Dehra which would have helped us for easy commute. BOOKING EARLY WOULD HAVE GOT THAT may be. 2. Very tight schedule for couple of days in the iternary. Lunch time was not given although clearly mentioned elders are traveling. 3. Took private transfer thinking it helps with extra time for elders but ended up getting warnings from drivers, Missed dinner for one day. 4. Safari dinner could have been better,there were other places which seems to be good crowded and ours was less crowded. safari dinner was very bad although we got VIP seats. Not recommended. 5. Planning could have been better for 2nd day and 3rd day in the iternary. Due to rush we got delayed to catch cab on time.

10 on 10 I was planning a vaccation to some foreign country but with a specific budget. I inquired on INSTA with my requirements through their specific and formated questioners. Then I got a call from Travel Triangle and they confirmed the same about my requirements. They have this very unique format that they forward our inquires to their 3 registered travels agents. All the 3 agents workout their packages according to our requirement and needs and give us the quotation. Based on agents rating and quotation for the package you can choose your service agent whom you feel comfortable with for booking their services In our case we booked our service through True Blue Travels as our service/travel agent. To start with True Blue Travels we were in talks with Anu madam from Delhi office who very patiently noted all our requirements and places we intend to visit and gave us the best itinerary. She guided us with the budgeted itinerary without compromising our places we wanted to visit. Also while we were in Dubai we always got prompt service and support from their coordinator Ashima Madam. As per the daywise planned itinerary we have got everything they committed us and also their services from on time vehicle, to theme park passes, to entey tickets and everything they made our transfers so easy the drivers we travelled with were so polite and well behaved, mannered, and good guides too as we use to ask them lots of question regarding the place, culture, their working experience etc,. We were 6 adults with 3 kids and none of them had any complaints regarding the service. The hotel stay, hotel service and hotel breakfast was also too good. We won't be doing justice to Travel Trinagle and True Blue Travels if we do not even share our experience associating by planning our trip with them. It was Amazing trip arranged b travel Triangle. I had opted for the premieum package from Flying Fleet Adventures where I connected with Mr Amaan.I later found out that he is a Egypt Specialist and has helped many travellers experience Egypt in the best way possible. Talking about the trip.Egypt is not an easy destination it is nearly impossible to do it alone without any guide otr help as there is a language problem and the people heckle you a lot trying to sell anything and everything at 4 times the cost . Amaan had arranged everything so well. Guides: Each guide in Cairo/Hurgada/Luxar/Aswan/Abu Simbl was very fluent with english and had in depth historical knowledge of the places we were visiting .Also the bonus was they were amazing photographers as well and knew the exact spots for good photos .Thanks to them we got many exiting and memorable photos. Food: Food was totally taken care of ,we loved the Arabian cuisine but there was Indian option available as well. Transportation : The vehicles provided were top notch and were well maintained.The drivers were very friendly and helpfull and totally on time . Stay: The best of the Hotels(Rameses Hilton/Hilton Hurgada/Steigenberger etc ) the hotels were amazing with very good properties and everytjing was prearranged and we had very smooth checkin and checkout. All the internal tickets to all monuments and the tips etc was pre arranged and we just breezed through each place saving a lot of time and unnecessary haggle. There was no hidden or extra charges in any activities and that felt nice . Amaan/Ali were connected throughout in case of any doubts . Overall it was one of the best trips we had and it has built within us strong faith on Travel Triangle. Thanks Guys ! Hoping to make more memories together in near future as we travel more.

First the good things: 1. Customized trip planning by Lalith - all questions answered, and offered many suggestions. Very helpful. 2. The Visa processing part was smooth 3. The trip guides/drivers were absolutely on time. I was floored by this - very very commendable 4. Guides were pretty knowledgeable and non-pushy 5. Well-behaved guides and drivers and the co-ordination was near perfect Things that need to change/improve: 1. The requirements for travel were either COVID-19 vaccination certificate or COVID-19- testing for non-vaccinated people. This IS NOT REQUIRED according to the VFS site and should not have been there on the list. This was a waste of money and added hassle. 2. TIPS: It was mentioned tips are mandatory and $5 per person/day was to be collected. But when we landed no one mentioned or collected it. When we left Cairo for other cities and the cruise - everyone asked for tips, which we paid. Found out the on-ground people had not communicated about it and the end vendor wasn't aware or wasn't receiving it. So we ended up paying more than what was necessary. My suggestion is to let customers know that tipping is a part of Egyptian tourism culture and what the normal/general tips are let them handle it so that at least the deserving people receive it. 3. The cabin for the cruise was a bit small for 3 people. I wish during planning I was offered a few choices about different sized rooms with each costing so that I could make an informed decision.

We had a great time with our family in Egypt. Many thanks to Travel Traingle for their management. We had a smooth trip. We went with two senior members and one toddler. They made sure to execute the plans as per schedule. The agent from India, Aman was very polite and answered whenever we had any question prior and in the middle of the trip. The agent from Egypt, Ali was polite and well mannered as well. At the day of Eid, when we were supposed to visit one place in Luxor in the evening, the guide was not available and we got to know that once we were ready and waiting for him. We contacted Aman since Ali was unavailable. Aman contacted and let us know about the plan being postponed to next day. We had a great trip next day and we covered all the places. I think, due to Eid, we had this minor issue. otherwise, everything went great! We would definitely recommend this travel planner for your next Egypt trip.

Our overall tour was really good. The agency Travel Lykke in great detail explained the itinerary and were at hand to answer any questions about POC in Egypt, visa and other things to keep in mind while in Egypt. The local coordinator, Hossam was really kind & helpful. He even waited with us on station for 4 hours for the train. Each guide in each city - Muhammad, Mona Lisa & Dua - were really knowledgeable as well as friendly. Travel Lykke recommended us a tour to the Baheriya Oasis which became the highlight of our trip. The White & black desert, camping under the stars, eating with the local Bedouins was simply mesmerising. The cons on this tour were primarily regrading the trains. We'd specifically & repeatedly asked to book trains that ensured we reached the other city between 10-10:30 am. It was so that, we could maximize our sightseeing before boarding the train & arrive at a decent time to check-in at the hotel. That wasn't followed. That was really unpleasant, as we'd to wait in the hotel lobby for long hours. Also, even after requesting beforehand in the train vegetarian food wasn't booked - one traveller was vegetarian. We weren't even told about that, otherwise we'd have made alternate arrangements. Proper communication about these things would have made the experience great
