We visited Dubai in March 2024 and booked through Holiday Paradise. Over experience in Dubai was very good except few events
1. On the day of Desert Safari. First of all the driver who came to pick us up from hotel for the safari came in the car where AC was not working. We drive through the 1st drop off point without AC in the afternoon scorching heat. When we told the driver about AC he argued that it was working when he came to pick up. After we called Mr. Miraj another car was arranged but it took one hour for another car to arrive but by the time the old driver wasn't picking the call and he left us and went away with his car. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! After that new car came and we did dune smashing and all. Initially the driver was good but when it came to dropping us back to the hotel, the driver refused to cross the road and drop us till hotel gate. Our kids were sleeping at that time and the driver told us to lift the kids and go walking till the hotel. When we argued with the driver, he tells us " You can go and complain about me I will give you police's number." He was so rude and spoke in such insulting manner even with the senior citizen who was traveling with us. When we reported the incident to the Dubai agency and the agency in India i.e. Mr. Miraj Shaikh, first they are telling to report immediately, but where the network and wifi is an issue, how can we report on the spot. After reaching the hotel, we get a message from the agency that driver said we only sad we will go walking till the hotel, lifting the sleeping kids in our arms. We had to have a long conference call with the driver and the Dubai agent as the driver gave them wrong version of the story. Ultimately driver accepted his mistake but it was a real stress for us traveling. After insisting about the compensation, Mr. Miraj said he said they will give compensation for the things that happened that day. When we were about to end our trip, we asked for compensation but we were told by Mr. Miraj that you aren't eligible for compensation since you have used the service. BUT MY QUESTION STILL IS WHAT ABOUT THE MENTAL HARRASSMENT BY THE DRIVERS? Still no compensation is given.
2. We were told by Mr. Miraj that Café voucher is included in Burj Khalifa visit. We asked him many times what is included in the café voucher or if there is any minimum spent on the voucher, he always said there is no minimum spend and you will find out in the café what's included. Upon going to the café, we were given 1 tin of soft drink per ticket that's it. That was the great complementary inclusion in the café voucher. Things are not clarified before hand by Holiday Paradise. They keep you wondering.
3. As a tour operator, it's Holidya Paradise's duty to give us revert for any query that we raise, but here we have to keep taking follow-ups from the agency. They won't revert till the time you keep asking for the update.
4. Travel Triangle as a platform is good but be careful in choosing the right agency.

We used J Square Holidays Private Limited when in Dubai to visit Abu Dhabi for a day trip. Moliaka was really knowledgeable about all places to visit and did take us to places we didn’t have on our list. He made our trip really comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend to use them for any Dubai related trip.

This is our 4th time booking with Traveltraingle and it has been a great experience again. We had a delightful and hassle-free family trip. The ground team in Dubai and here were in constant touch to keep us updated on the pickup, drops, daily plans, etc and it was very helpful to plan our days. The only problem we faced was there was no flexibility in the pickup/drop timings even after prior intimation. Especially, the drops to amusement parks were not planned as per the opening/closing time of the parks. This can be improved so that more time can be spent at these places which have expensive entries. Other than this we had a great stress-free trip and thanks to Rashi for continuously being in touch and ensuring everything was going well for us right from planning each itinerary as per our requirements. I will surely recommend Rashi from Travel Vichar and Rayna tours (Dubai) for our beautiful holiday.

J square arranged our Dubai trip . Molaika is very polite and soft spoken. She took care of hotel booking, airport transfer, all the day trips and Marina Cruise dinner. We are very satisfied with Marina Cruise , Dessert Safari and other Tours .Overall I would say that, we enjoyed the trip and would go with Molika again for sure. Thanks Molaika.

Thanks to Ashish and his Team from the bottom of my heart. Ashish was with me like my relative from the day I planned to visit Dubai. I wanted to cover all must visit destinations, and Ashish helped me plan my trip as per my choice at all the time. Package given by him was also affordable and inclusive of all possible facilities. Only thing I had to pay for was Tourism Dirham to Hotel and my daily lunch and dinner expenses excluding 2 complimentary dinners (desert suffari and cruise dinner). And the best part was he was available whenever I had called him or WhatsApp him. We were 3 people and cost was around 1 lakh per person including flight, stay, food and all transfers to and from the destination. Would recommend Mark Your Trip to everyone for foreign trip

Good but hotel was not likely as it was excpected and tranfers problem also in warner brothers it took us however 3hrs while the actual distance was of only 1hrs 17 min and we wasted a lot of time

Overall it was nice and memorable trip for our family in Dubai/AbuDhabi. Should have had more time for Ferrari world. Rest all are fine. Good value for money with no major hiccups.
