Abhinav's 5 days trip to Goa

Our recent escapade to Goa was an absolute blast for the whole family, thanks to our stay at the Zuri Sands & Hard Rock Hotel G! If you're looking to mix sun, sea, and smiles, this place is your go-to. Imagine colorful, comfy rooms with a view of palm trees swaying in the breeze in front of the largest swimming pool of Goa. The kids were over the moon for the swimming pool and for the play area. Plus, the balcony was perfect for lazy mornings—a true slice of paradise! Our agent hooked us up with the best local experiences. The resort staff were like family, always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay truly special. Our Goa getaway was pure magic, Cheers to sun, sand, and smiles !!!

Driver Mr. Vinod Mane was not only a driver, he is a good guide. He describe everything very precisely. His nature was awesome. Also if I talk about Mr. Avinash and Mr. Anurag they treat fantastically and guided me through out the trip. They always attend my call and respond very gently. So every person was good. My family also satisfied by the hospitality. But the cleanliness of the hotel was the only issue. I hope you team will improve this next time. Thankyou so much to all the team. Regards Anil Dutt

Nikhil's 4 days trip to Goa

I recently took a trip to Goa organized by Shadab. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there were a few hiccups. **Positives:** - The hotel accommodations were good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. - The cabs provided by the agency were comfortable and punctual. **Areas for Improvement:** - Communication with the cab manager, Premanand, was a bit frustrating. We had to remind him daily about our travel plans, which was inconvenient. - Ideally, we expected Shadab, the travel agent, to handle all coordination with the cab service, including reminders and arrangements. - The food at the hotels was average. In summary, while the trip itself was enjoyable, better communication and coordination from Shadab would have made it even smoother.
