Shilpa's 5 days trip to Nainital

Booked a trip to uttarakhand with Tripsailer. The bookings were hassle free and Preethi handled the itinerary customizations as per my interest. She booked the cab, driver, safari, hotels and any sightseeing details. I was travelling alone and hence she had taken care of the safety aspect as well. She also mentioned she would be available on call during my trip. I had to just call her once for safari driver confirmation which she immediately took care. I enjoyed the trip stress free. The hotels though it says 4 star, may not really have the amenities of a 4* hotel. I did not do enough research and asked to book hotels that were suggested by some other agent's itinerary. They were decent and had very good views from the rooms. But I felt you could find better and cleaner hotels for that price. The sunrise view from kausani and seeing the himalayan range from the hotel room balcony was amazing!!!

.The hotel in Mussoorie Jim Corbett Nainital was fine, it was expected to be even better. The food given was good in some places and not right in others. How can it be better? No complaints about the rest of the vehicle and driver. The tour is expected to be a bit more relaxed in the next tour. The response from the tour planner was good but they are little bit clearity required . Mussoorie is best in hotel and food.sightseening is also good

Miss's 4 days trip to Nainital

The overall experience was good. We tried to cover all the places in the itinerary but missed some due to time constraint and long distance. Even few kms in the mountains is a lot. The driver was not experienced, he pretended as if he knows everything but he knew nothing. The goodies, cake, candle light dinner was not there as per the plan. There was mismanagement at some places. Cygnett resort was very good but Gajraj Trails Resort was okayish. Corbett Safari was good. Overall would rate the trip 4 out of 5.

Apurva's 5 days trip to Nainital

The trip arrangements were good. Ms. Neha was very prompt and kind right from the trip booking. Most importantly she was one phone call away if we need anything. Hotel chosen at Nainital was Dynasty resorts. I had checked the google reviews and it showed 3.5 stars so I gave confirmation to Neha. But the hotel experience was not good. Hotel staff is not caring. Looking at the hotel delux room cost, services provided are very less. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, it is 10km away from Nainital view points so unnecessary your travel time increases. The Corbett view resort at Jim Corbett was nice. Staff was good and I'll give full marks to maintained cleanliness in surroundings and in rooms too. We were provided with delux room. There were huts also and we were not informed about room type. If we had known earlier about huts, I would have chosen hut stay. But anyways, our stay was comfortable, food was tasty and overall the hotel area is very nice. I would like to exclusively mention about the taxi and driver arrangements. There is one plus point and one improvement about taxi arrangements. As per the policy, driver details are shared to you one day before your trip. But in our case it was little late response. Our flight was scheduled at 11pm from Pune and we were supposed to reach delhi next day 2AM. We received taxi driver details around 9.30pm that day. So, I think this can be improved so that customer is not worried about all this. Plus point is, driver was too good. No complaints. Very humble and very punctual. Thank you so much chintu ji. Overall trip experience was good. Thank you team.
