From Trek De Kashmir a gentle lady Aisha +91 96222 26401 helped us in organising a trip to Kashmir. Truly saying Aisha organized our trip amazingly. She is a gem of a person with politeness and with a kind heart. She helped and guided us in every moment. Even our cab driver Mr. Nasir Khan ( +91 95960 80755) is also a great man, he is full or knowledge and guided us all the way to our destination. Really appreciate you Nasir bhai. My experience with Mithila Travels was awesome. Staff is highly cooperative especially Ravi Singh & owner Mukesh had been great help throughout the trip to Valley of flower. I am from Noida, didn't even visit their office, all things had been done on phone calls. The most appreciable things is that they are highly responsive. Each n every moment their WhatsApp group during journey was guiding us. Thanks a ton to them and Mithila whole team. Cheers!

What I liked: Agent was very polite all through the interactions before and during the trip. Customizations were handled very well at the planning stage. Bhawna helped in delivery of passports to Noida location. Drivers were all good and reliable. What I did not like: Visa blunder: The visa of my mother for Malaysia had her name printed twice. As per the guidelines as given in visa docs if last name is blank, it should be left blank but apparently the one who filled the application typed first name again in the last name section and that was not accepted as a valid visa to get into Malaysia. Due to this silly error, we paid 200 Ringgits extra ( which ideally should be returned as the package was inclusive of visa) for application of visa on arrival and we also missed our bus which was supposed to take us to Kuala Lumpur. We waited for over 2 hours at the counter to process visa on arrival and we waited for another 2-3 hours to find another bus. There wasn't even a proper waiting room there, nor any food outlet. There was a clear lack of clarity on whether or not we will find another bus. Hidden/surprise charges: There were some charges, which could have been notified in advance or made part of the package itself. > My flight from Delhi to Singapore was supposed to reach early morning Singapore time and the cab from Singapore airport dropped us to Hotel during morning hours. Right at the start of the trip i.e. Day 1 as we reached hotel - typically it should start on a positive note - possibly a welcome card or welcome drinks etc.; however, it started with a flat face from hotel guy stating that early check-in would be extra 20 Singapore Dollars and we are supposed to pay immediately if we want to get a room. This is something that should have been taken care of as part of the itinerary. Even the breakfast on that day was not included so despite being tired of the journey we had to first deal with the payment and then go find breakfast. >In the itinerary for visit to PhiPhi Island, its clearly mentioned that insurance is included and soft drinks would be available free on ferry/cruise. We were charged 60 Bahts ( 30 Bahts per person) for insurance and soft drinks were available only on purchase basis. There were extra 40 Bahts paid for entry to Phi Phi Islands. Hotel rooms: While it was told that the hotels are very good with 3 star ratings, both the hotel rooms in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur were very small and without windows. This is something that should have been transparently told clearly so that I could have requested for a change. I requested for changes when I got to know about it but that request was not acted upon. Infact the hotel reception guy at Kuala Lumpur mentioned that he did not receive any request from travel agent. Voucher delivery delays: The vouchers and other details were shared very late despite timely payments and timely submission of information from my side. I had to follow up and also request for e-copy of visas to be shared. The details should be shared at least one week before travel date to make sure that the customer is able to get enough time to understand details. No local guide/SPOC throught the trip: There was no single local point of contact who could be contacted to help out during exceptions. For each country there was a separate point of contact and those were also only for exception management and were not 'guides'. The SPOC from Delhi was the only support. This was most relevant when we were stuck at Malaysia border with limited support or help.

There is definitely a huge scope of improvement. 1. When we reached the airport, we had to wait 2 hours for the driver. 2. While returning as well, we had to wait for 1 hour to board into the next cab for Noida. 3. We missed few places. We would have got ready early everyday if driver would have asked us to. The driver was nice, but he asked us to get ready by 9-9:30 am daily. I assume we would have covered all the places, if we would have started early daily morning.

Hi, Today i am sharing my experience of Manali tour. Hotel was very good and food is also nice. stay was pleasent. my serious concern is related taxi driver. white innova is haing personal number instead of commercial number and every entry poing get stopped by respective police time get delayed in negotiation with police We started tour on 24th June 2018 from Delhi. Taxi was on time. on next day morning during way to manali . Taxi both tyre get punctured and we were surprised driver was not equipped with necessary tool. we were on highway for 3 hrs in early morning. we are trying to get help from on going vehicle. we reached manali at 10:30. we only visited hadmaba maa darshan and mall road. next day we visited local manali darshan and visited to fun village,vishwamitra temple , forest park and river vyas. next day we went to Rohtang pass by another vehicle which was cost 10400 including dress. this is arranged by driver. which is cost is higher. we confirmed on mall road and cost were around 7k. it seems driver is taken commission. next day we went back to delhi. in package kullu and sholang valley were planned but driver not visited in these location. on they way we are reuested for one favour to drop chandigrah bye pass but he responded very badly. we said we have also coperated when you not visited to kullu and durring puncute. he said toh aapne koi aahsaan kar diya kya. we told us kullu was planned in package he told us we dont follow package tour . aise package tour hum log nahin lete hain. finally he dropped at khara rhighway in rainy place and remaining my relative went to delhi. i called my relative when they reached to kurukhetra they were very scared. my relative is requested to drop noida and he taken 800 extra to drop noida. my concern is he is spoiling your brand reputation. kindly return my one day kullu money as it was planned and not visited any place in kullu. driver attitude is very pathetic and even his attitude is not like human.he is very much unhuman. We requested him after visit of Rohtang pass to visit Mall road. he straight forwad said i cannot go mall road due to parking problem i am worried if plan further with you. earlier i was looking for long term relationship. support from travel triangle is appreciable. as per view service is major concern and this kind of attitude cannot be tolerated please return my one day money imediately.

Thanks to travelinmybudget to arrange beautiful tour of Hongkong in very short time. Special thanks of your team in NOida for their cooperation. In Hongkong hotels and local travel agency Freedom Traveler are also very cooperative and decent. My 13 years daughter Aaryka enjoy Disneyland and other places. Disneyland is worth the visit for kids.

My first experience of booking a trip(Honeymoon in Mauritius - dated 27th Feb'17-05th Mar'17) through a not so familiar as of now was excellent. Initially I was hesitate to believe in my tour operator(I Need Trip) as we contacted only through a phone call who is based out in Noida. But gradually, I kept on believing in them after reading their reviews on Travel triangle site. Mr. Parth from I Need Trip was excellent and helpful throughout the process till I reach home in Mumbai. His services are appreciable. Next time I would blindly book a new destination with him if it happens. I took a trip for Ladakh from Amazing India Routes in the month of April from Noida. However April is not a good time to go but due to some personal reasons we planned our trip in April. Our organizer Amrita helped us a lot in planning the trip and about do's and dont's which later on helped us very much in Ladakh. Few key points I would like to share: 1. Trip was planned very well and almost all the locations were covered. 2. Hotels are good for all locations. We took deluxe package and the services are awesome. 3. Food served in the Hotels is of good quality 4. Cabs are nice and comfortable. 5. Cab drivers are very helpful and took us all the places and gave us ample time to enjoy on each and every location. I live in Kuwait and hail from Noida. I had read about Travel Triangle and always wanted to try it since it was from Noida and I love to support start-ups. I booked a trip for Istanbul and got in touch with Vijay Dabas who called me to get an exact idea of what I wanted. He got me in touch with quite a few agents and I selected a trip. I have booked a trip to Singapore & Malaysia ,Travel date was 7th of Feb 2016 which is very near to Chinese New Year, but Because I have already booked My flight Tickets so I have to go further & have to booked my Remaining Package.
