Spring (Late January to May)

Spring comes early in Okinawa and you can find cherry blossoms begin to open their beautiful soft petals from the end of January. Summer (June to October)

Taketomi Island

Iriomote Island

The Sefa Utaki is a simple rock formation facing the ocean but it has very important religious significance for the local Ryukyu people. This unique rock formation on a hillside is not only important to the local people but was held in great reverence by the Ryukyu monarchs as well.
