I have had a very nice experience booking my vacation through travel triangle. Club 7 vacations Agent was extremely supportive, polite and responsive to our requests. The cab drive arranged was very cordial and professional. We would have liked a better accommodation in Pachmarhi. The Ark Resort was old with room doors in very bad condition (they were infected with termite). We got a better room the next day after the requesting the Hotel Management, though. The resort as a whole needs a lot of renovation.

Day 1: We reached the hotel MPT Amaltas, Pachmarhi. Initially i was worried about hotel location and ambience, but Travel Agent Club 7 Vacations continues tried to convince me that not to worry about hotel. But when i reached Hotel, i impressed! We reached at 12:30hrs But Hotel Check in time as per guidelines is 14:00hrs, But Hotel Receptionist is too humble and understanding person, so that he provide us for early checking without any cost. After that, Receptionist asked for Lunch(Paid Basis) but fun fact is that, they did not charged for lunch. As we reached pachmarhi by car so we are too much tried, so we took rest. In the evening, We explore local markets by our own car. Day 2: Cab Operator which was arranged by Club 7 Vacations called me at 9am and told me to get ready on 9:30am, but unfortunately Gypsy arrived at 10am. Then we proceed to Handi Khoo, In Handi Khoo generally knows as Suicide Point is very beautiful, We have done Horse Riding, ATV Riding etc. After that we went to Apsara Vihar, small trekking to see waterfall, But when we reached View point of Apsara Vihar we all said "this is it" actually very thin waterfall you will see, from my point of view its not worthy. Then we went Bee Fall, we can bath here, but be cautious cause no safety was there. i recommend not to bath in Bee Fall. Then we went to Dhoopgarh, After reaching Dhoopgarh, we felt we are in heaven, Dhoopgarh is Awesome place to Sunrise and Sunset. We must visit here. After that, trip ended for the day. Day 3: Today Gypsy driver arrived on time, First we went to Gupt Mahadev Mandir then Bada Mahadev Mandir, then we headed to Pachmarhi Lake, we have done boating here. After that, we checked out from hotel, And Back to Normal Boring life. From Trip Starting to Trip End, Ms, Neha Nema from Club 7 Vacations continuously take follow up, whether we reached hotel or not, any complain after reaching room, regarding cab, tour. Whenever we faced any issue we called to Neha Mam, everytime she received our call and help us

Started our trip very enthusiastically. Initially we had problems with the driver since he was not sure of the routes.and our agent Mr. Alan changed the driver immediately and in pachmarhi also, we were not happy about the hotel and the next day he changed our hotels. Except for Indore(HotelJM grand), Orchha, pachmrhi( Payal hotel) were not great . Rest of them were good. Break fast we’re decent in most of the places. Since we were South Indians, we missed our food very badly. Otherwise, the agent was always there for any problems that we had. Maheshwar was very beautiful and boat ride in Narmadha at Omkareshwar and At Bhedaghat, Jabalpur was awesome! Khajuraho and Orcha were mesmerising. Kalbhairav Bhasmarathi at ujjain was a different vibe totally. Badhavgarh Tiger reserve safari in the morning was refreshing though we we weren’t able to spot tigers, Chithrakoot , Prayag and Varanasi gave us spiritual vibes. Totally that trip was Amazing and we travelled nearly 2200 kms by road for 14 days. Had a glimpse of fertile Madhyapradesh.

I travelled with TT second time. The first tour was in Oct 2018 Kerala and recent one to Pachmarhi & Madhai. TT services are very professional and gave me ample of options to choose & pick my destinations. The tour planner takes regular follow up, not annoying beyond the limits of irritation. This was a good thing about TT and agents from TT. Our Pachmarhi tour was planned as a family tour through Club 7 Vacations. The Tour Planner Neha was excellent in her communication and follow up. She helped me well to meticulously plan the trip. Also the back up on phone during the ongoing tour was good. I got regular calls from Neha asking if there were any hassles . She helped us tide over minor inconveniences. One experience I would like to share. We went for Jungle Safari at Madhai Tiger Reserve. I had paid online charges of 1500 through TT/Club7 of which the receipt was with me. While booking the gypsy at the reception, forest dept. clerk told me to pay 2360 /- in addition as per the tariff card, which I paid without protesting as I thought it was meant to be by rules. When the driver dropped us at railway station on the way home, he returned that amount saying I got a call from tour manager that the payment was included in the package. The driver apologized politely and offered me money back; saying what's the point in cheating Sirji, Duniya to imandari se hi chalti hai na!! I was touched. I was unaware of the refund to be made he could easily have cheated me. Thanks to TT/club 7 for all the support and services.
