The Varah Temple is home to one of the oldest shrines in Pushkar. Established in the 12th century, the temple was later destroyed by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. We had a very good and well planned trip to Rajasthan through the Travel triangle. The service provided by their travel agent was good. They were approachable at any point of time. The vehicle given to us was too good and we enjoyed the trip as we had to spend a lot of time in travel. Our trip was Bangalore to Jodhpur to Jaisalmer to Jaipur via Pushkar. The stay was also arranged well. Only at Pushkar we faced some difficulty as we reached there at 2am and the hotel person was not responding. Nevertheless within an hour we were able to check in. Thanks a lot to Preeti for all the co-ordination. The morning spent at the desert in Jaisalmer with all the activities- the camel ride, jeep safari, the bike that took us through the sand dunes was definitely an exciting experience and the para gliding.

Breakfast at the hotels were very poor except in Jodhpur. Promised 4 star accomodation at Jaipur and Udaipur but given 3 star. Covered most of the sightseeing points. Overall satisfactory trip. Had a pilgrimage tour also with a visit to Pushkar, Nathdwara, Ajmer etc. Good memories.

A. Hotel in Jaipur wasn't good, Pushkar hotel was nice, Jodhpur first hotel was ok, Second hotel in Jodhpur is not even worth mentioning. Jaisalmer Camp stay was good. Overall not very happy with the stays provided, could have been much better for the price. B. Drivers were fine, calm, cool and courteous. At times it did feel like they were not interested though C. Travel consultant was helpful Overall the trip was good, could have been much better if the stays were managed better. Had a feeling that the hotel's didn't care about us as we came through travel agents. Apart from Pushkar and Jaisalmer, didn't feel a sense of being welcome anywhere.
