It was a very good trip of ours. Everything was smooth and perfect. Only the hotel provided to us in Jaipur that is Fern residency was not upto the mark , the main problem we faced over there was the room comfort means rooms were smaller than that which was provided to us in Ajmer. Rest all like the driver and the agent were very good.

First of all, would like to thanks Nikhil from TripSailor for arranging our trip. I selected TripSailor after a rigorous selection process. I needed some different and good options for hotels, places in Jaipur, and activities to unique ones like cost-effective and Easy booking. I communicated my plans and ideas to Nikhil, and with his experience of dealing with these things he rapidly brainstormed all the cases, shared knowledge and finally provided the most accepted economical quotation. I would like to thanks our cab driver Mehraj as well, always on time and also had some good knowledge of the places that we have visited. Everything was well planned. And visiting all the historic monuments in Jaipur as well as Ajmer Dargah was the best part of our trip.

Mr. Sawan made very good arrangements for our travel and was very helpful. He was always available for us when we had issues and even called us to check is everything was fine. When we went to Ajmer and Pushkar, he took us around personally for local sightseeing. Would strongly recommend booking with him. The driver was OK for the most part - didn’t face much issues with him. Only thing I didn’t like was that he suggested an expensive place in Jaipur for shopping and called me later to send a soft copy of receipt to claim his commission

Overall experience was seamless. Flextates did their job right. Both the hotels eventually turned out to be good as Udaipur’s property earlier we were not happy with but then we got a choice from Flextates and they visited us also to address the concerns. Good Customer Service. But only thing went out of their control was driver since they had hired someone locally and we had 3 drivers in overall trip. 2nd one who was in Jaipur was missguided us and shared wrong information on timings of the monuments, markets etc. He even asked us not to go to Ajmer and Pushker which was included in the package. This part if Flextates could have managed properly then I would have given excellent feedback. Jaipur is very nice and clean city but very much commercial. We loved Udaipur but. Very nice weather, places and had excellent experience. Overall trip was memorable.
