Very beautifully planned and our trip was successful by completing all the itinerary. Riya and Abhishek from Raisoone Travels (Our Travel Agent) was very knowledgeable and made efforts to make our trip successful. Tsaungu lake was the best. We experienced a snow fall and driver was very opt of the trip having knowledge of each and very small things. Hotel at Gangtok (Powring Guest House) was the best. Overall superb experience. Dear Neha, As I spoke to you, I want to give my sincere feedback on my recent visit to Sikkim. Positives: 1. I really admire and appreciate your personal attention during the entire trip. You kept in touch with us on a daily basis to ensure that all the arrangements were upto the mark and we face no troubles. 2. We had a bit of heart burn in a couple of instances but you handled them with utmost maturity to keep us at peace. 3. At no point of time, we felt as if we did a mistake by booking it with Himalayan Travels. You delivered whatever you promised. Some Scope of further Improvements: 1. In MAP deals where BF and Dinner is a part of the package, you must specify the meal content. Ex: A lunch must have a Soup+Dal+2 veg+Bread+Rice+1Desert ... Since its not specified, there is a big difference in the content of food from 1 hotel to another. 2. The taxi drivers would sometimes mislead the customers and would influence them not to visit a certain places. They should be given clear instructions of not to mislead the customers at any point of time Overall, I want to thank you for being a wonderful organizer. My best wishes for you and Himalayan Travels for future. Warm Regards
