I recently booked a trip to Singapore with Yash Worldwide Tours Pvt Ltd through TravelTriangle, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Yash, our travel consultant, was exceptionally polite and incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey. His extensive knowledge of Singapore's attractions and destinations made our trip planning effortless and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, everything was meticulously organized. The itinerary Yash prepared was well-thought-out and covered all the major highlights of Singapore. His guidance ensured that we made the most of our time, visiting iconic spots like Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa Island, and Gardens by the Bay, among others. Each destination was more breathtaking than the last, and Yash’s recommendations truly enhanced our experience. One of the standout aspects of this trip was how smoothly everything was handled. Yash took care of all the details, including booking tours, arranging cabs, and ensuring timely pickups from the airport. This seamless organization allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation without any stress or hassle. Additionally, Yash's support didn't end with the planning phase. He was readily available for any questions or assistance we needed during our trip. His prompt responses and genuine willingness to help made a significant difference, adding a personal touch to the service. Overall, our Singapore trip was a fantastic experience, thanks to the excellent service provided by Yash Worldwide Tours Pvt Ltd and TravelTriangle. Shivatejas's 8 days trip to Singapore

This trip will always be very close to my heart. It came at a complicated time in my life and it was during this trip that I found answers to many dilemmas that had been swirling around in my head. These 10 days have left me feeling light-hearted and also a little light-pocketed (:)) The arrangements were remarkably smooth: hotels had our rooms ready for us, the drivers were well-acquainted with our itinerary, and with one or two exceptions, we didn't have to rush to any of our sights. I would like to make special mention of our reception in Bali. It was of a kind that made us never want to leave. We became good friends with Agus who sportingly stopped when we asked him to stop, sang when we asked him to sing and obligingly waited for us whenever we were running late. The high point was the spacious villa arranged for us in time for our anniversary. The entire stay was well-planned and comprehensive. The accommodation in Singapore left us a little surprised. A little prior warning would surely have made things easier. Seeing that our schedule didn't really leave us with much time in the room, adjusting wasn't such a big issue. The Harry Potter experience was on the whole a little underwhelming. Perhaps the aquarium in the ocean would have been a good substitute. All in all, congratulations to the entire team for a great effort. Bali Swing, Universal Studios ( all the rides) Night Safari Sentosa

The Singapore trip organised by KKINGSMAN TRAVELS was great and very well organised. Cruise suggested by them was truly worth it. Hotel was ok ok but that was my own choice. I suggest one should go for a good hotel near Little India. Universal Studios, Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay are the highlights and their pick up and drop services are perfect. However, something can be added in City tour which was ok ok types. But overall it was a worth trip with all the activities and arrangements done very smoothly by KKINGSMAN TRAVELS. The best part is the customisation allowed and done by them till the last day.

Shalabh's 8 days trip to Singapore

My entire trip was well planned by Mr. Babu Patel. I went along with my wife and 2 children for 7 nights and 8 days to Singapore. We spent 2 nights on Genting Dream Cruise where our room was updated to Palace room and we thoroughly enjoyed exclusive privileges of being palance residents with exclusive dining hall, swimming pool and 24 hour butler service. Our hotel in Singapore was right in heart of city with all shopping outlets as well as Indian restaurants only 1 KM away with 15 mins walk. We visited Night Safari on our 3rd day in Singapore followed by visit to Universal Studio on 4th day, visit to Zoo, Bird paradise and river wonder on 5th day and Singapore city tour on 6th day along with visit to Gardens by the Bay and Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Our tickets were upgraded during Zoo and Bird Paradise visit and we were able to enjoy River Wonder with Boat Ride free of cost. We also opted for Express Pass for Universal Studio which ensured that we were able to enjoy all rides without spending time in Queue. On 7th day, we went to Sentosa Island where we enjoyed cable car, SEA Aquarium and Wings of Time and we were totally awestruck by Wings of Time show. We returned to India on 8th night with unforgettable and pleasant memories. Heartfelt thanks to Babu for a great itinerary and ensuring we stay updated with entire trip and enjoyed our stay. I look forward to planning more trips in future using Babu's expertise. Thank You. We totally lover our visit to Singapore.

We went to Singapore & Malaysia. Hotel in Singapore was not that we expected, it was very small, was different to adjust in room with kid, even we couldn't sleep well for 3 days. When you are booking for 2A & 1C, make sure room is okay. I will not say to provide big room, atleast it should be well enough to adjust. Your travel agent also not good in speaking with customer when raised room concern, one of agent said, customer need to pay if need other room & she said she doesnt care about anything, this was really painfull specially when we were abroad. One more, TT executive is just keeping himself in whatapp group, he is helpless manager. Apart from this, everything was very good & awesome in trip like hotel in malaysia, travel partner at onsite, vehicle, timing etc. And I really thankfull to Mr Mohit, he coordinated well & assisted us in getting some return as a hotel adjustment charges of Singapore. I will still recommend TT for my friends. Malaysia hotel Onsite travel parter is good Vehicles are high end for city tour Places of Singapore like Universal studio, Sentosa are awesome Malaysia city tour, cable car, indoor games are also very good. We really enjoyed the trip.

The trip was amazing. We had 5 days to cover most of the places in singapore. the trip was well organized on papers to capture the best of singapre. With all this said we need to highlight the shortcoming in the trip and improper execution of this plan on some occasions. 1. No proper guidance on what and how to explore: Most of the tourist are first travellers , dont expect us to study the geographical aspect of the place. We were picked up by the driver daily and they tell us u need to cover this and that . This instance specifically for sentosa park for cable car, the driver droppped us and just told us to board 2 cable cars we also had madame tusaards, marvel 4D and wings of time., we had to find where madame tusaards and wings of time is located by ourself not even sure we need to get down from the cable car or not.we had to figure out what to cover first . we had to ask every cable station and get the details . 2. Rude behavior by driver: we understand the punctuality we need to have for pickup and drop.. but talking rudely to travellers is not acceptable. We had a 2 min delay to pickup and half hour delay in drop, the driver just yelled at us. And while we were getting down all the family members said sorry individually but the driver did even responded and did not even looked at us . We are tourist and promting tourism/ prosperity / employment in the country. The driver at the Namo HC could have been respectfull to us . Please choose the driver wisely and train them 3. Improper planning of singapore zoo and night safari: The cab drop timing for night safari and singapore zoo was messed up and the cabs were not on time.and complete blame was put on us.later on the agent apologised for the mistake at their end

Overall it was an amazing experience start from pickup from airport to drop at airport. Everything was quite nicely arranged. Positive things: 1. Well planned day wise trip 2. Flight was good and comfortable 3. The hotel was at a good location with nearby shopping mall, metro and buses available 4. Hotel had veg option which was satisfying for us. Area of improvements 1. Though the package was good, there were few things that was included in the package but not in the ticket (Slightly misleading). Example 4D adventure in madam tussands and wings of the time in Sentosa 2. The rooms were way too compact. Certainly IBIS novena's problem. Nothing from agents end
