Travel agent was very nice and courteous. They were also available whenever needed. However, they were not as well coordinated as my earlier experiences with TravelTriangle. In every trip, driver was like the second tour guide. Driver and the travel agent would be in perfect sync WRT itinerary, hotels experience etc. In this trip, the driver had not met the agent even once. The same was true with hotels booked. They did not even recognize the travel agency name. As a side effect, we had several confusions including our pickup times, right places to visit on right days etc. I personally had to do sufficient research while on the trip to readjust plans, schedules etc. Another example is the last place we stayed in Tawang. While people were really nice and helpful. Agent did not seem to know that there were road closures and road repairs to reach this place from a month. We reaching there at night and struggling by ourselves to find this place was exhausting to say the least. I also expected better tour plan suggestions from the agent and alternatives. Looks like many things were taken for granted. Arunachal pradesh as a place is a beauty! Loved every place we visited. Struggled a bit with clean food options during road travels, especially we being vegetarian, but that was ignorable. Despite all this, it was a memorable trip and I will use TravelTriangle again, but will have to be more careful about agent's experience and involvement. I have visited multiple places in India through multiple agents. few of them through Travel Triangle only. by far this is the least satisfied trip. since Quotation till Booking, Indeman team is very responsive but once the booking is done and 1st installment paid, started the nightmares. No response at all. they given 1st option Hotels are very good but sold-out long ago. so, obviously will give 2nd option which we didn't observe much and are far behind the 1st option hotels. in my case, they given hotel which i denied in beginning itself but said that it is there in 2nd option and why didn't you see. very rude answer. they don't respond to you for your messages. i have escalated through Travel Triangle and they are also just a gateway and don't have much control. i have struggled a lot in Tawang due to these people. Totally misunderstanding with Hotels and no co-ordination at all. Only good thing is Driver. the car we got is Old but maintained neatly. Also, the Driver is the best i have seen with lot of skill and knowledge on route, hotels etc. Except Driver and final day Hotel, rest of the trip is lot of trouble. despite multiple reminders about travelling with Child, they didn't took it seriously. I don't suggest Indeman or warn to be cautious about all the promises of Hotels, room type etc.

The whole travel experience was great as this was our first experience with any travel agency. The hotels booked were all good and the driver aniruddha ji was very soft-spoken and his driving was excellent. He covered all the spots as per the itinerary and in given time. Our Tawang and meghalaya trip were memorable and enjoyed a lot and the road that leads to Bumla pass was very mind blowing and the whole experience surrounding it.
