Local Team in Phuket & Krabi was very helpfull. But in Bangkok it was the worst experience I have ever had.

the location of our resort at Phuket was really good, all the main places were walkable and nearby.

Except the taxi experience driving down to Krabi and the bad hotel in Krabi , we had a good time.

The hotel booked at Krabi, was under innovation and we were not informed.

If going first to Krabi, never break your journey at Bangkok. Choose a direct flight to Krabi. 4 islands trip and snorkeling

Overall trip was excellent. We have selected Krabi front bay resort in Krabi but hotel location is far from beaches.

Hotel in Bangkok was not good. I would have preferred booking in Ramada. Hotels in Krabi and Phuket, Transfer to/from Airport/Hotel and Krabi.

everything good at pucket, butproper guidance at krabi. at hotel was made to check out 4 hours early to our transfer to airport on return and two hours wait during arrival at krabi. local agent at krabi dint attend calls. other facilities where good.

Very bad Response by your team after the trip. My trip was handled by Mr.Kuldeep and the agent was Prime Value holidays Pvt td. Represented by Ajali Bisht. I paid for the complete trip but one day tour was not provided by the agent in sesnse he did not take me there at all. I was told by Mr.kuldeep that refund will be done accordingly in 2-3 days. Now Mr.Kuldeep's Mobile is turned off and nor is the agent responding.Tell me where is your guarantee gone now. I am not concerned with the agent i have paid money to you travel triangle ... You need to respond else i will highlight this in social media and never suggest anybody to go through travel traingle. Respond back Trip Was Good

Everything from beginning to end of my trip was excellent and I will be request to all of my friends to book any of the trip by Travel Triangle.Because all of the co-ordinator of Travel Triangle are also very co-operated. The SPA of the Hotel is very Memorable for me and the staff at the SPA are very good.

Pattaya Experience - Everything was perfect except for the coral island tour as it was cancelled because of the bad weather. Bangkok - The organiser for the cruise dinner was not polite. Overall a good experience. Pattaya Experience was awesome - the hotel,organisers. Special thanks to the cab driver.

My dear colleagues at Travel Triangle, I booked my Honeymoon trip to Krabi in February 15 via Travel Triangle after some personal recommendations from friends. However, I am sad to inform you that the services i received from you and your agents left a lot to be desired. This is even more stark given the fact that I had given my full itinerary including the name of the hotel where I intended to stay, and all the agent had to do was the booking, and arrange the land transport according to my itinerary. Unfortunately , on landing in Krabi, the transport to the hotel was not available anywhere, and I had to call International several times for the transport to be arranged, albeit after a wait time of 2.5 hrs at the airport (and this, after a journey of over 8 hours). Add to that the seriously unconcerned tone of the lady at I Need Trip, and it was a frustrating sequence of events. In fact, looking back, I have to say that quite a few minor things were missing from the experience I was provided. One, despite payment of the full amount on the due date, my booking was released by the agency, and I was asked to pay up INR 2200 to get the booking re-confirmed. Obviously, this being a honeymoon trip, I payed up, since you don't really want to get anything wrong with such a trip. Unfortunately, your agent seems to have taken advantage of the same fact. Second, no one ever called me, or sent me emails regarding the details of the bookings. I had to call the agency on the day of travel to ask what was the plan on my landing at Krabi. I would expect a call or an email detailing the trip information at the very least. All in all, traveling with I Need Trip was a very average experience. Given the fact that the agent had very little to do himself, I would have expected him to deliver with perfection. He, and Travel Triangle as well, should understand that you are in a business where service and soft skills are not just essential but mandatory, I found you lacking on multiple counts. I'm not sure if i would recommend Travel Triangle, or I Need Trip, to anyone. Regards. Sanket Shah

Had planned a trip through I Need Trip, agent Bhavay. Must say the planning & the things mentioned were all provided very accurately. Had a great experience in dealing with them. Bhavay was very firendly & easy to deal with. Things went very smooth with them & the overall experience was very good. However vegeatarians must be prepared to adjust to the food in Thailand. You will find Veg food but it may or may not be to your expectations. Try staying at Senses in Phuket, beautiful resort & the experience is wonderful. Keep it up guys, will def recomment I Need Trip & Bhavay to my friends & will look forward to deal with them for my future bookings.
