I found the site quite by chancw pn the net and was quite happy with the service. But I wish that we weee given mote than just the sinle quote to choose from. My interaction with the travel agency Chrison was adequate. Nearer the time of our departure they should have contacted me instead of my having to chase them when qe werw already in Bangalore. Yercaud was lovely. Great place to put your feet up and relax. Our hotel Grand Palace n Spa was good with v polite staff n good food.
