Cooperation and service of Travel agent was excellent. Provided property for stay was good. Specially hotel mount view dream dhanatauli. Property of hotel shining hill Mussoorie was good but staff behaviour and care was not up to mark.

At the time of booking, we had clearly opted for 2 bedrooms with an extra mattress in each room, accommodating 4 adults and 2 children ( anything beyond 7 yrs is chargeable as per communication during booking )This arrangement was explicitly mentioned and confirmed in both the quotation as well as
the hotel vouchers provided to us.
However, during the hotel checkout at Avenue18 , we were unexpectedly asked to pay an additional amount of ₹2600 for one child, with the justification that she is 12 years old though other kids age is 15 years.This came as a complete surprise to us.
Hotel explained that the one Kid's age was mentioned 9 during booking which has been done by the Agent but there was no communication to us .

Shining hills 5 star - rooms, staffs and food - all good.
Tapovan- rooms good, staffs service poor, food good.
Riverdale 5 star - Exceeding expectation in all departments. Best among the three hotel stays.

Room for imptovements.
1. E2E accountability should with the travel compny until the travel completion.
Example: Iteniary and travel plans of the customer should be known to the driver.

Hotel purple dot in haridwar was never close to 3 or 4 star hotel and management of hotel mv acosta by lawrance group in mussoorie was very poor….infact they doesn’t provide bucket & mug in our room after calling them multiple times ….tv set is not working….they doesn’t know how to manage candle lig
ht dinner as it was already in the final itinerary…..also travel agent have not much knowledge about that location as she planned our stay in Rishikesh then way back haridwar then again crossing Rishikesh to mussoorie…..& in mussoorie she planned our stay at same hotel for 3 nights far away from city & because of that we have to travel alot for kanatal/dhanulti then for landour
