ould like to share our detailed feedback as follows: Cambodia: Our tour in Cambodia was highly impressive. The hotel accommodations and services were excellent, and the transport arrangements, along with the driver’s service, were truly commendable. However, I must express some concerns regarding the guide, Mr. Phrom. His behavior requires significant improvement—particularly in avoiding loose conversations and inappropriate comments, especially when interacting with women tourists. This is an area that needs immediate attention. I kindly request that you share this feedback with your counterparts in Cambodia to ensure better service standards. Despite this, we deeply appreciated the excellent services of the tour driver and the overall quality of the hotel and service arrangements. Vietnam: Your services in Vietnam were equally good. That being said, I have a few suggestions for improvement: We faced issues with dinner on the day of arrival in all three cities due to late nights. After our flights and hotel check-ins, dinner was delayed, causing inconvenience. I recommend scheduling local flights to arrive earlier in the evening (preferably before 4:00 PM) to allow sufficient time for dinners. It would be beneficial to arrange accommodations in higher-quality hotels, even if it incurs slightly higher costs. For instance, my brother-in-law, who accompanied us, was dissatisfied with the room at the Prague Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Offering customers the option to upgrade their accommodations with an additional cost could greatly enhance their experience. Overall, we are happy with the services provided and appreciate your efforts in organizing this tour. However, the hotel in Phu Quoc was exceptional, especially with its beautiful surroundings and private beach. It truly made our stay there unforgettable. The tour guides were fantastic throughout the trip, but the guide in Da Nang really stood out. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but also made a special connection with our 3-year-old daughter, who had the time of her life playing with her. It made the tour even more enjoyable for our little one. There were so many unforgettable experiences throughout the trip, and some of the top highlights included: - **Ninh Binh Boat Ride**: This serene boat ride through the stunning limestone landscapes was an absolute highlight, offering a peaceful and picturesque experience. - **Halong Bay Cruise**: Cruising through the iconic Halong Bay, surrounded by towering limestone pillars and emerald waters, was nothing short of magical. - **Bana Hills Cable Car**: The cable car ride to Bana Hills offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, providing a truly unique experience. - **Phu Quoc 4 Island Tour**: The Phu Quoc tour was another standout experience, with the cable car ride from the 4th Island to the 1st Island offering spectacular views of the ocean. The entire tour was well-organized, and our guide Vivian made sure we didn’t miss any must-see spots, like the shows at VinWonders and GrandWorld. Phu Quoc itself is a paradise. Even though our Phu Quoc tour was a group tour, Vivian made sure to provide us with all the details to make the experience smooth and easy. He was available round the clock to answer any queries and helped us cover all the must-see spots on time. We also have to thank Jennie for recommending Wyndham Gardens for our stay in Phu Quoc – it was indeed a fantastic choice. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation filled with unforgettable memories, and it was all possible because of Jennie and her amazing team. All the sightseeings, hotel bookings, cruise, internal flights and transfers were smooth, without any hitch whatsoever. We being vegetarians, we taken care of, but within their limits, as Vietnam is a paradise for non-vegetarians. All the tour guides provided, were knowledgeable, entertaining and we being senior citizens, took good care of us too. Cannot miss to mention the extremely flawless coordination in execution of our daily tours, pick ups, transfers, etc. Asia Luxury Travel, Vietnam, must be considered by all interested for their Vietnam tours. Would like to mention here that the role of Travel Triangle ends once they connect us with the local tour operator. Travel Triangle contacts us only for payment on the due dates, as payment has to be made to Travel Triangle. To take our tour forward, viz. visa procedure, international ticketing, etc, we connected with Asia Luxury Travel, Vietnam, and the experience was beyond compare.
