She suggested the itinerary and customised it for our needs. She was patient and accommodative through that entire process. The trip itself which we undertook in May 2025 was quite perfect, everything organised as per the plans and it went off very well. SVietnamtrips also took care of organising visas and air travels locally. We had special needs, being vegetarians, and it was well taken care of. Based on our plans, we had enough rest days and personal time which we enjoyed a lot. Good English speaking tour guides were arranged wherever we went! I would rate the planning and execution very high and to our full satisfaction and would like to thank Gracie, Ms. Tina and their team for a wonderful vacation!
