How To Reach One Pillar Pagoda in Hanoi, Vietnam

Had a good trip overall but had some issues: 1) Our flight booking done by Traveltriangle for BOM BKK sector, seats blocked were right infront of washroom and so was not total reclining and full of disturbances. For BKK BOM sector flight seats blocked all the way at the back thereby taking us time to board and deboard. If we had not blocked seats we may have for better seats. We had not asked for Hindu meals on flight but was served on all sectors baring BOM BKK sector as we had asked them to cancel. The flight from Hanoi to Siem Rep was late by more than 2 hours and we spend half day at airport. That flight ( Vietjet) has a reputation of being late and we repented being booked on it as whole day was wasted and we ended up reaching hotel by 11 pm. 2) Hotel experience was fairly good. At Hanoi the room allocated with triple bed was small and lacking proper seating arrangement. Overall staff very curious and breakfast okay although lacking variety for Veg and non pork beef eaters. Hotel at Siem Rep (Ankor Holiday Hotel) was not at all as expected. Although supposedly four star it lacked proper attitude of staff and general hygiene and cockroaches running all around room and washroom. On first day air conditioning not working on one room and staff refused to give us another room. Had to settle with a fan.in room instead. They were not accommodating at all. 3) Guides in both countries were knowledgeable and understanding. They took good care of us and our food. 4) We got email / call on last day regarding our insurance option for trip. If they had contacted us earlier we would not have to run around. We got all documents just before we left for airport which was very rushed. 5) Our advisor Karan took lot of time to sort out payment issues with overseas travel agent and we had to continuously follow up to make sure our trip would not get cancelled inspite of making payments on time. Our time in Hanoi which included the overnight Boat trip was definitely the best.moments. Siem Rep was a disappointment due to rushed up itenarary.

Galing ay tour was really worth but the second one to Bai Dinh was not that good,did not in use much activity we just spent whole day in boating, overall ok

The tour representative from Hanoi Mr. Eric is Excellent in taking care of their clients with all respect and he was available at any point of time for any clarifications and do cordial too. I along with my wife travelled to Vietnam. The complete tour experience was marvelous specially of Ha Long Bay and Danag. We have not expected the vegeterian food but in all the places we got the same.It was of seven nights and eight days and each and everything is very well managed. Thanks to Jenny Pham who has coordinated the complete trip.

Sophie travel Agent managed the trip well..enjoyed my trip peacefully..arrangements were really up to the mark..more than anything she answered my requests every time and tried their best to serve well.Hotels are good but can improve on breakfast varieties for vegetarians. One request do not mix big families with solo travellers

Viet land and travels managed the bookings nicely. Very comfortable stay and good transportation. Yen was very quick in responding in very helpful. Travel triangle team was also helpful. Healing bay cruise was the best memory from this trip.

I had booked Bamboo Hat Tour from Travel Triangle for Vietnam and Cambodia. My experience was excellent during visit of both the countries. HaLong Bey experience was awesome and tour was well organized. Hotel stay at Tu Linh Palace was good though breakfast option was not so much and on demand, but rest all amenities was good. Tour guide was friendly and have good knowledge of history, well behaved etc. People of both the places were so good , simple and peace loving. Hotel stay in Mother Home Inn Cambodia was excellent. Lot's of breakfast options available in hotel. Lot's of good street food and restaurants available nearby . Day tour to Angkor Watt was very well organized and tour guide was well knowledgeable and supporting. He helped in clicking lot's of pic of us during the photography . Overall experience with Bamboo Hat is excellent and great thanks to Sophie for organizing the itinerary so brilliantly. I can say this because i had planned for very short duration for both the places and had no scope of any slippage in plan. But Sophie has organized this very accurately and made my plan as success. Thanks Sophie and Bamboo Hat !!!

The Asia authentic travel company really served us wonderful. We had everything in place and didn't have to struggle from the moment of recieving us from the airport to dropping us back to the airport. The vehicles were so comfortable and the group tour was not so crowded and we felt that the choice we made of choosing group tour over personal is correct. We got to meet new people of different countries with different languages and cultures.
