When I landed at Heathrow Airport cab and the cab driver, arranged by you for which I already paid and included in the package demanded 55 pounds more and I was made to pay that amount to the driver. This was informed to Mr.Prashant your contact person at London. He said he will check and do the needful. Paras from Hub Holidays was my travel planner. He had made a good package keeping in mind that my mother and me were travelling together and this was our first trip to London. With regards to Hotels, both were good and located in the center of the city which made a lot of sight seeing attractions accessible by foot for us.
