Cambodia Family Package

Cambodia, a small country in Southeast Asia, is a popular destination for families looking to enjoy a trip that is full of adventure, ancient monuments, beautiful beaches, watersports, and of course, lots of shopping opportunities.

Cambodia tour packages can take families on an adventure full of fun and awe.

A Cambodia trip, if well-planned, can take travelers to all the popular attractions of Cambodia, such as Siem Reap where the Angkor temple complex is, Phnom Penh, the capital and urban hub of the country, and Sihanoukville, the land of sunny beaches and watersports.

For travelers looking to enjoy shopping in Cambodia, there are several markets, especially night markets, which are the best option. The best things to buy in Cambodia include Krama, the traditional checkered scarves of the Khmers, ceramic handicrafts, spices, handmade soaps and candles, rice wine, lacquer ware, silver-plated ornaments and many more knick knacks to take back home as souvenirs. Remember that the currency of Cambodia is Riel, although most of the shops and restaurants deal in US dollars, especially in the newer markets.

The locals are friendly and welcoming towards tourists, so a relaxing tour of Cambodia can be expected.

Trip was well arranged. Few pointers on improving 1. Driver pick up timings to be intimated prior evening to avoid unnecessary issues the next morning. 2. Customer requests if not possible should be conveyed back to the customer ie requests for specific room location etc. Cruise, Da Nang in Vietnam

I have rated hotel experience 3 coz I did not like service and staff hospitality at Sunline hotel ,Hanoi. For Travel agent we faced couple of fall pits here and there but agent at the end spontaneously helped us and supported us. Other wise it was terrific experience. Laos stay and tour guide Mr.Vanh

Rohit's 12 days trip to Cambodia

She is so calm and patient, always listened to the questions I had or changes I wanted to make (even on the spot changes were made efficiently), she shared her best advice. We covered multiple cities and exotic places of Vietnam which was well planned from cabs to shuttles which were always on time. Tour guides who were there with us were very helpful and polite too, Long and Lily who led the day trip very efficiently. Most exciting places covered, Chu Chi Tunnels, Red Sand Dunes, Fairy Stream, Bana Hills, Tam Coc, Coconut Village, Old Town in Hoi an (best place to get your couple dresses or family dresses stitched), Hanoi city rides with Bike and shopping and Ha Long Bay Cruise. All went perfectly well. Thanks a ton Hannah for this most memorable trip I had and all your efforts to make it even better wherever possible. Wish you all the best and keep doing the great work you are doing.

Kumaresh's 9 days trip to Cambodia

We had an amazing trip with the help of Realistic Asia . Words cannot describe how happy we were with Realistic Asia’s trip planning. Shadow , our travel advisor for the vietnam trip made sure we had a pleasant experience. His knowledge of the local area is unparalleled and he took extra care about our food suggestions given the fact we were vegetarians. He was so patient accommodating to our needs and no one can match his hospitality and expertise . I strongly recommend Shadow and his team in Realistic Asia for your south east Asia trips .

Had a memorable trip to Vietnam, it was my wife's and mine first international trip and turned out super fun and well managed by Asia authentic travel company . Especially, Rossie was way too good. Everything was planned well and on time If the cab was to arrive at 7:30 am in the mrng by 7:25 am the cab was ready. All the hotels booked were very good. We even got a room upgrade at Danang as we were honeymoon couple.

Amaresh's 10 days trip to Cambodia

Everything from booking to payment was good. The quote was a bit higher. The Hotel stay was good..could have been better. Golden Lake Hotel concierge staff was bad, uncooperative. I missed Vegetarian food even when I had opted for that. I missed dinner almost everyday & I had on many occasions slept hungry and not having food at all. As there were no vegetarisn food I survived mainly on fruits, bread, jam & fruit juice only. Car and pick up & drop were very good. La Casta Cruise was horrible. And most horrible was the person taking care on Cruise..His name was "Lucky".. What an idiot person he was ..Horrible..He made whole trip so painful..He was nasty, and bad behavior . He should immediately be thrown out from Cruise.. He was uncooperative, harassing and a Liar. My special thanks to Mr Steve Tran in Vietnam and my guide in Siem Reap Mr Danith., who made my trip worth remembering. Thanks to these two persons. Very nice places. Very good people in both countries. Loved them so much.

Namratha's 4 days trip to Cambodia

Recently I travelled to Cambodia with my family of 4. The overall experience was excellent. The booking agent (Rossie) was Asia Authentic Travel (AAT) placed in Vietnam. However the billing and financials were handled by TravelTriangle (seems like coordinated from India). This is just information for other travellers and did not impact any of the booking or travel agenda. This is just for information. Pre-trip booking: The coordination and response was excellent by AAT. They provided quick response to selection of hotels, planning of the trip., arranging for vegetarian food (all of us are vegetarians). The agent clearly communicated with us on WhatsApp and was extremely responsive, even when it was late night in Vietnam. Thank you Rossie. Payment: It appears that we had to pay the amount in two installments. There were initial challenges. Somehow, payment using a foreign credit card has a few challenges. However, somehow coordinating with AAT (Vietnam) and Travel Triangle it was sorted out. One word of caution, the number of emails that I receive about payment in spite of making arrangement seems quite annoying and I had to verify to ignore these emails. This is especially critical as I don't want to miss a payment and the trip to be cancelled. Secondly, we are all American Citizens, however, it was asking from Indian Pan card to make payment. This did not make sense as foreigners does not know anything about this. However, this was sorted out as well. These are minor and did not impact the trip. Arrival and Trip: The experience was excellent. The driver was on time at the airport. The Vietnam based agent repeatedly checked and confirmed flight arrival time and ensured that the driver was there on time and confirmed on the day of arrival. The tour guide was excellent, patient and very accommodating. Due to last minute closures of some attractions, we had to change the schedule a bit and the agent was very willing to accommodate minor changes. Hotel (Tara Angkor Hotels, Siem Reap) The hotel was good from a cleanliness. Staff were very polite and helpful. The only challenge was internet speed. This was very challenging as signal strength was good only close to the access points and we were further away from the access points and it was dropping several times. We had to ask for a change of room. The breakfast buffet was good (limited choice for vegetarians, but not bad). On the whole the trip was EXCELLENT and I will definitely recommend AAT (Rossie)/TravelTriangle (Chetna Sharma).

Although the country remains hot and humid almost throughout the year, it is still a popular destination for family vacations. The best time to visit Cambodia is during November to February, the winters when there is a little bit of rain and a little less of sunshine. The hot summers, from March to May, are generally avoided by tourists, especially Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. However beach destinations are popular during summers. The rainy season, from June to October, is also ideal for travelers, since the landscape turns to a lush green paradise.

The most popular tourist destinations of Cambodia include Siem Reap, from where the Angkor temples are a stone’s throw away. The Angkor temples are thousands of years old, and most of them are in ruins, held together by tree roots. Idols of Hindu gods, as well as various Buddha idols that adorn the temple. Don’t miss out on watching the sunrise from the temple complex, which is one of the most popular things to do in Cambodia. Siem Reap is also famed for its vibrant night markets, which are a great place for buying souvenirs.

Phnom Penh is also a popular tourist destination, offering families the chance to indulge in the urban culture of Cambodia. The main attractions of Phnom Penh here include Tuol Sieng Genocide Museum, the spectacular Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Wat Phnom, Wat Ounalom, and the National Museum of Cambodia. Phnom Penh is also a great place to try out a few local dishes of Cambodia. Although most of the local cuisine is non-vegetarian, there are several Indian restaurants and International fast-food chains that offer pure vegetarian food.

In Sihanoukville, beach lovers and adrenaline junkies can breathe a sigh of relief. There are diving options, getting travelers face to face with colorful coral reefs, and an extensive array of marine life.

The perfect Cambodia tour itinerary can get travelers familiar with all the hidden treasures of this country, ensuring families can create memories to cherish for a lifetime.
