However, it is said to be of King Jayavarman VII who built it in the 12th century. These faces look like a mix of the king’s face and Lord Buddha’s face.
3. Koh Ker
The archaeological site in northern Cambodia is one of the Cambodia sightseeing places which was once the capital of Khmer Empire in Cambodia. The highlight of this place is a 30 m tall temple pyramid known as Prasat Thom. At the apex of the tower, there is a small Garuda carved from rock that guards the place.
