Sujeeth's 6 days trip to Malaysia

Firstly great job done by sumith. Thanks for the good price quote by Satguru Holidays very reasonable and all the properties were five star. Our trip was for 5 nights and 6 days, two nights in lankawi at hotel bay view. The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. They gave us early check-in and upgraded our room from hill view to sea view wch had a very beautiful view. And coming to the place mainly climate is very nice daily atleast for half an hour u'll have a rainfall. Places to visit are chanang beach most happening beach there u can find everything and it's open all the night. U can find many duty-free shops in the city it's very cheap compared to airport. It's best place for shopping in Malaysia. Third day we were transferred to kaula Lumpur and the hotel provided was Double tree by Hilton. This was a very huge property and our room was is 23rd floor and had a twin tower view wch was awesome. But they charged 15000 extra for that view for two nights. Kaula Lumpur is a concrete jungle lot of high rise buildings and lot of traffic jam in peak hrs . places to visit are The food street was very gud with all types of seafood,KLCC Tower, Kings Palace, Petronas towers(twin towers), and KLCC shopping mall wch is very huge and all international brands are available. There is a Chennai street where u can find Indian food. But very difficult for vegetarians. Breakfast was very good at Hilton. 5th day we were transferred to Genting Highlands, on the way we had a stop at murgan temple where there is a huge statue of Lord murgan. From there we went to hotel Awana this was also a five star hotel but it is very old, no wifi in room and no room service. (This hotel is suitable for senior citizens or honeymoon couples) After check in we went to Genting Highlands through cable car 3.5km in 20min wch was very gud experience. In Genting we went to first World (Indore theam park) food was not so great but cassino was very huge and it was nice. Next day evening we check out and back to India. Once again thanks a lot to travel triangle and satguru Holidays especially sumit for a memorable trip.

The trip was well organized. Thank you Satguru holidays for arranging this amazing trip. Special thanks to Sumit who customized the package to our needs. Everything was clearly mentioned in the itenary. Only problem I faced was one of the item mentioned in the original itenary was removed in the itenary provided by the transportation partner in Malaysia. A wonderful holiday with excellent support from Mr.Harish Singapore and Mr.thalve Malaysia .....they very clear and accomodating through out the trip....the main people at Delhi were also good but expected more information interms of helping a traveller plan the activities....they made sure what we asked was there but not necessarily advice us whether it is convenient to do or not.... somethings which as traveller to look for . Sentosa what rides are included and what shows are included....u get into the island only to head out for shows..will not work out..include some credits of Sentosa so u can use them against the rides... Same thing with genting highlands they just give you entry and exit the traveller has to spend a lot inside other agents include tickets for two or three attractions make sure you ask for it Again KL observation tower ask for sky box or sky deck.... observation tower is waste which the agent gave us... Ibis Malaysia was better than ibis Singapore and pls stay near little India or bencollen in Singapore Some positives theirs timings, drivers, vehicles are excellent

Hashmi's 5 days trip to Malaysia

Firstly I feel that our trip was not properly planned and we expected Satguru Travels to suggest us more better itenary. Sadly I recieved my itenary only one day before my travel. And the itenary of travel triangle and the final itenary was very different. My personal experience is that If you are visiting only Malaysia,do give more time in LANGKAWI, CHENANG and CAMERON HIGHLANDS when compared to Kuala Lumpur city. for kuala lumpur only one full day is enough. Hotels provided were very good( Furama in kul and Bella vista in langkawi). Only food quality, price of food and food selection was not good. Cabs quality and drivers were very good on kuala lumpur, but in Langkawi driver attitude and coordinator was very bad.The agency in Langkawi WINLAND tours was not upto mark. I would like to appreciate Mr.Sumit for all his help and coordination and for upgrading our hotel room type in Kuala Lumpur. Pricing was also competitive. however we expected more itenary planning from his end and better coordination between his agency and Malaysian travel agency.

Narendranc's 6 days trip to Singapore

We have booked our Singapore Malaysia family trip through Satguru Holidays. They have tie up with another agency called 'Asia Good Life" in Singapore and 'Red Apple" in Malaysia. All the arrangements they made in Singapore was good in the terms of Hotel, Food, Pickup, Sightseeing, Entry Tickets ... etc. But in Malaysia, the service was poor. We chosen Coach Bus service to go to Malaysia, the bus was good, but driver was arrogant. We reached the hotel by 5 pm and no activities till next day morning. They picked us from the hotel in the morning and dropped us at 'Genting Highlands' till 6.30 pm. It is 4-5 hours is enough to cover the area and rides, but we have waited there more than 4 hours to back to the hotel. Next Day morning they advised us to check out the hotel at 8.30 a.m., the driver picked us at 9 a.m. for what they called 'City Tour' and dropped us back at the hotel at 12:00 pm. noon, we have waited until 6:10 pm. at the hotel lobby without the facility to change the dress and freshup, we had to use the toilet to change the dress. The driver suppose to pickup us at 5:30 pm. to the Airport, he late for 50 minutes, which put us in dilemma & panic and resulted over speeding to the airport to catch the flight.

I recently booked my Malaysia trip with Abroad Vacations and had an amazing experience! Everything was well-organized — from flights and hotel bookings to local tours and transfers. The itinerary covered all the key attractions like Kuala Lumpur city tour, Genting Highlands, Langkawi beaches, and the cable car experience. The team was responsive and guided me throughout the trip. Special thanks to my travel consultant Himanshu who handled all queries patiently and made sure my trip was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone planning an international vacation — Abroad Vacations is professional, reliable, and budget-friendly!

Agarwalshashank's 7 days trip to Malaysia

My itenary was well planned by Mr Shubham and gave me room enough to relax along with coverage of most of the tourist spots. All the cabs and driver were well behaved and English speaking which made it easy to communicate. Hotel could have been better. Overall nice stay. Genting Highlands was awesome.

Gagandeep's 6 days trip to Malaysia

What i thought started as a memorable trip soon turned into an anxious and irritable tour in between. Sales Person (Mr.Himanshu) on Travel Triangle /Agency (dont know ) sold the tour with some other details in the itinerary which later on was changed unilaterally, without any update to me which was frustrating and always given me sense of uncertainty during the tour. This lead us to keep in regular touch with Point of Contact, (Mr.Vineet) who tried his best to provide us the solution but was not upto our expectation. Once upon a time, he told that he isnt aware what Mr. Himanshu (sales guy) has advised for the timings when we enquired about our itinerary. This showed lack of coordination between different teams. The hotel which was given in KL was good but the one given at Langkawi was no where near the 3 star rating as advised in Itinerary. On enquiry with the hotel staff, we came to know that it was their lowest room category. Upon checking online, we found out that the room rent for the day was around 123 MYR ie around Rs.2500 per day. On enquiring about upgradation of the room, we were informed by Hotel staff that they only have available room at that time for which per day rent was 400 MYR and 900 MYR which is approx Rs.8K and Rs.18K, respectively. The room was smelly, AC was not functioning properly and we had to PAY (8MYR iei Rs.160) for the toothbrush and toothpaste which are generally given complimentary in the hotel. We enquired about it on the OnTrip APP where we were bluntly told that they cannot do anything about it and we only need to speal to hotel authorities on our own. THE TRAVEL AGENCY LACKED RESPONSIBILITY here to help their aggrieved Customer in a foreign Country where they are supposed to have their agents to help or coordinate. Secondly, Day 3, Genting Highlands tour was supposed to start from 9 am as per itinerary finalized, however the driver came to pick us up around 10.25 am. The day tour was supposed to finish at 6 pm and we were to reach hotel by 7 pm (1 hr travelling time) but driver told us to meet him at 5 pm so that he can drop us to hotel @6 pm. This reduced our sightseeing time at Genting Highlands and we were forced to quickly roam around without enjoying fully. Not happy at all. On numerous occasions, i had to follow up for driver details since the same were not updated on Ontrip App or driver has reached late to pick us up. All these were advised in the Chat section under Help category in the App. We thought we had made a good decision by taking package tour and finalized the tour with our inputs but then to found out that TRAVEL TRIANGLE/TRAVEL AGENCY for whom this is their day-in & day-out work, not able to UNDERSTAND the PULSE (their requirements) of their Customer is simply astonishing. We were not advised by the TT/Travel Agency that for Petronas Towers , we need to buy a ticket so that we can visit the tower and enjoy the view from the top. THIS, I really FOUND unbelievable that how your Sales guy did not included this is the package or advise us to buy it on own. When we reached there, we were told we need to book the ticket one day before to go up in Petronas Towers. We have spent good amount of money to visit Malaysia and then not Visit their marquee place is really annoying and frustrating that the people in your team do not guide their Customers well. I think people at TT are more concerned with number of sales made rather than the EXPERIENCE of their Customers. We are going abroad with our hard earned money and try to maximize our returns within our means but this experience with TT/Travel Agency really left us frustrating at times. Although, there were many memorable moments for me and my wife but ALAS, this trip is going to be remembered with lot of frustration, anxious moments and bad hotel stay at Langkawi. Lastly, i would like to say that i don't know whether Travel Triangle only acts as an Aggregator and shifts everything to Travel Agencies after a tour is booked by a Customer or it is also accountable for something. I hope TT should check these concerns because otherwise it is not a good review about them and YESSS, I AM NOT GOING TO BOOK ANYTHING IN FUTURE WITH TRAVEL AGENT, ABROAD VACATIONS and would definitely do my best to give review about them at all possible platforms.
