      The Trip: Our trip was for 5 nights and 6 days to Singapore and Malaysia. Hotels were chosen by us (Ramada in Singapore and Stripes in Malaysia) and they turned out to be really good. the location was great and the rooms, service, responsiveness was all great. Ramada Singapore also provided us with an early check-in on our request. The Travel Agent: NITSA TRAVELS Nothing good about this agency. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous service. We had booked the package for 2 adults and 1 child and the complete payment was done as per travel triangle schedule of payment. However, there was an abnormal delay in issue of travel vouchers. Also, the hotel and activity vouchers were issued for 2 adults only. Upon enquiry, the travel agent tried to convince us to keep the same vouchers saying that it will not be an issue but as per the policy in Singapore and Malaysia, all kids above 3-4 years age need seperate vouchers. We would have been in a great difficulty had we agreed to their lies. The agent also tried to get extra money from us for unaccounted/false billings. It was by chance that we had proof to dismiss their lies otherwise the agent had threatened us that they will not issue the vouchers until we make additional payment which was totally unjustified. Surprisingly the team of Travel Triangle was least bothered in resolving the matter. We had to withe several emails and escalate the matter to higher management of travel triangle and they intervened only after that. I would also like to highlight that our Visa was issued only 3 days prior to the travel after continuous follow up on hourly basis. No help was provided by travel triangle. Also, one of our vouchers (for travel from Singapore to Malaysia) was not issued to us even after start of the tour and was issued in between the tour. The services of Travel Triangle and NITSA HOLIDAYS completely ruined our pre-tour excitement and we went into the tour with only frustration and doubt in mind. Please be aware of this agent before booking your trip.
